The pastry is very delicious and they have gluten-free and vegan options, the food needs a little more effort. My salad had a LOT of lettuce and then rice and sweet potato, the hummus I almost didn't feel. Perhaps a little more vegetables or tofu would have been better to make it more nutritionally complete.

I work in a workshop not far away and it's nice to stop there and be able to taste things where there is attention to allergens! 👍🏼 Avocado toasts and others can be served gluten-free, without the Hollandaise sauce which contains cream. It is valuable that in the kitchen, the person knows these issues of allergies and intolerances well. It's plentiful, and it's good. I also like to order matcha lattes with almond milk. The place is nice, with a small terrace too if the weather is nice. Why I don't give 5 stars: -It's not open in the evening. -And it's quite expensive. Thank you 🙂

You will find sweet and savory dishes, brunch options and many drinks! In addition, they are good products, for some vegans and/or gluten-free. The Refinery, it was very good... a year ago, in 2021. Now there is nothing refined, from the boss to the waiters. The waiter asks us to order the appetizer without giving us the drink menu. Broken chair, wet tables and feet in water after the downpour. The boss's insistence on ordering a rib of beef for 60 EUR. Does not offer wine with the meal. Doesn't know how to hold his place with customers, inappropriate comments. Gets involved in parent-child exchanges. Imposes dishes on his customers. So-called gluten-free restaurant, but no gluten-free bread offered. Gluten-free desserts almost non-existent. The waiters begin to arrange the chairs and tables on the terrace with anti-theft cables in the presence of the remaining customers. The boss asks us to pay when the desserts arrive, to be able to close his cash register and wants to present us with the bill. Does not offer coffee or digestives. Then later, waits impatiently to be asked for the bill. In the meantime, he gets impatient tapping the menus on a table. Then in the end, refuses to bring us the bill back to the table and insists that we go to the counter. Refusal on our part to travel and pay without having seen the details of the bill. In the end, we pay and leave disappointed mainly by the unprofessional attitude of the owner of the establishment who seems not to be local.

My favourite coffee place in Toulouse. Great location, indoor and outdoor seating areas. Nice ambience, nice young mature staff and clientele.... good English which is helpful for the traveller. People here tend to be relaxed, non aggressive, also a big plus in France. Wish they had some nice gluten-free bread, but this seems almost impossible anywhere on the continent.

In a chic setting, we were pleasantly welcomed by Insaf, the creator and chef of the place; We treated ourselves to a frozen snack with homemade ice cream and Alain Milliat's fruity drinks (I'm not sure I wrote the name correctly 😆). It was refined, subtle. Perfect ! We had the chance to be the “guinea pigs” for a future dessert, great! We will come back to try lunch, then on a Sunday, brunch! Went today, myself two friends from Australia. Was very quiet and the service lady spoke both french and English The deserts were well presented, nicely boxed as well. However, the deserts were below standard especially for the cost they lacked flavour for example not 'tart' enough for a lemon tart, the rose meringue with cream was tasteless except excellent raspberries. Cost for 3 tarts 15 euro There were gluten free options and clearly displayed this was good.
