The pastry is very delicious and they have gluten-free and vegan options, the food needs a little more effort. My salad had a LOT of lettuce and then rice and sweet potato, the hummus I almost didn't feel. Perhaps a little more vegetables or tofu would have been better to make it more nutritionally complete.
A hidden gem in a charming neighborhood, this spot offers a delightful mix of nourishing dishes and cozy vibes, perfect for a relaxing break.

My boyfriend and I came across this coffee by chance and we were not disappointed! We really appreciated the dishes offered which are different from what you generally see.
You will find sweet and savory dishes, brunch options and many drinks! In addition, they are good products, for some vegans and/or gluten-free.
The environment is very calm, very pleasant and uncluttered!
The service is great, the team is pleasant.
We recommend this place 🌼

Huge variety, both dietary (gluten-free, fruit-free, etc.) and very gourmet, both salty and sweet.
The staff is very attentive (offering drinks and individualized dishes: omelettes, pankakes, eggs, etc.).
A big plus: drinks (tasting fruit juices, prepared hot chocolate, kombucha, etc.)
All for a fairly honest price :)
Cozy spot with a chic vibe, where delicious sweet potato brownies and unique baked goods steal the show in a welcoming atmosphere.

My favourite coffee place in Toulouse.
Great location, indoor and outdoor seating areas.
Nice ambience, nice young mature staff and clientele.... good English which is helpful for the traveller.
People here tend to be relaxed, non aggressive, also a big plus in France.
Wish they had some nice gluten-free bread, but this seems almost impossible anywhere on the continent.
Perfect for a healthy lunch, this cozy spot offers fresh, balanced dishes, but reservations are a must due to its small size.

Ideal for a healthy and balanced lunch. Quality, quantity, freshness. And gluten-free also for those who are intolerant. Make a reservation because it’s small. We often have lunch there.
Indulge in beautiful pastries and unique millefeuille in a soothing, tastefully decorated spot perfect for a delightful treat.

Went today, myself two friends from Australia.
Was very quiet and the service lady spoke both french and English
The deserts were well presented, nicely boxed as well. However, the deserts were below standard especially for the cost they lacked flavour for example not 'tart' enough for a lemon tart, the rose meringue with cream was tasteless except excellent raspberries. Cost for 3 tarts 15 euro
There were gluten free options and clearly displayed this was good.
Experience an elaborate plant-based menu bursting with flavors in a superb setting that everyone can enjoy, regardless of their diet!

Superb gourmet pea experience with the plant-based menu (vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free)! The plant-based menu is fine, gourmet and elaborate; the quality of the products and the flavors are there, we enjoyed ourselves! To try whether you are vegetarian or not ;) the service is very friendly and attentive, we liked the wines and the setting is superb: top notch!!
A faultless one. The chef and his team took into account my dietary constraints (gluten, vegetarian) and it was good!!! Great service too. The kitchen is open but calm, it exudes respect for a job well done and the product.

Let's start with the lack of reception, we arrive in a 4* hotel lobby without a receptionist. We didn't have my reservation made 2 hours before. We were seated at a table for 7 although there were 3 of us, the sets were worn out. No one explains how it works or offers us a drink (additional sale). We get up and discover an empty buffet at 12:30 p.m. A single sausage, two pieces of bacon floating in the fat, a base of scrambled eggs. The only resupply there was was burnt scrambled eggs, yes yes, burnt, and bacon. The meat and fish were not cool, fortunately we have a strong stomach. I had to tell the waitress that there was no more water for the coffee machine or any pods except decaf. I had to ask for water too, which was no longer available on the buffet. It was carafe water in mineral sparkling water bottles, what a disappointment! Let's move on to desserts, gluten-free savory and sweet cakes, all mixed, lukewarm because not refrigerated. Not crazy for a tiramisu...
The apple juice and salmon were excellent by the way, but don't touch the mayonnaise salad with undercooked pasta.
Let's move on to the bill, steep for this disappointment. The manager didn't even ask us how our brunch went, he must have suspected it or didn't care... Not to mention the fact that the TPE was handed to us without showing us the amount.
In short, a real disaster for a 4*.
As all 3 of us come from the catering industry and have worked for this hotel chain, I let you imagine our disappointment.
There is work!
