Fantastic place in perfect South Tyrol style, excellent dinner with numerous gluten-free options. I had the shank with sauerkraut and potatoes, it melted in your mouth. Our friends the risotto, really good. And finally, gluten-free coffee and semifreddo and souvenir grappa, so called because you can take the glass home 🙂

Great for allergy sufferers! The staff is very attentive and friendly. I even forgot to ask for a gluten-free option for dessert, she came back and asked if I needed it gluten-free too. Everything tasted great too! The best gluten free pizza in a long time! And the crème brûlée was also great and freshly made! All in all it was a great experience eating here. The outdoor pool didn't bother us at all (we were there in the evening).

We went to this restaurant recommended by the structure that hosted us for our weekend between the lake and the mountains. We spent a lovely evening pampered by excellent quality cuisine. A mixed house starter with quality cured meats accompanied by a potato flan and a sour note of sauerkraut marinated in cumin. This was followed by a trio of meat selections paired with storo polenta and crispy bacon and a perfectly cooked Argentinian beef fillet. The classic sliced ​​beef with rocket and parmesan is also excellent. Last but not least, a gluten-free cake with almonds and chocolate. Delightful. The price is good and in line with what was ordered. Friendly, precise and professional staff.

I was taken to this place by my girlfriend and it was a perfect dinner, seated immediately by a unique staff we had a unique experience that we will certainly not forget... each dish was a work of art in itself that took us on another planet and we also found a lot of consistency and respect towards gluten free; I considered the quality/price ratio perfect given the high quality of every single product. Pasta and pizza gluten-free possible!!! Since we couldn't get much gluten-free food at any other restaurant, we spontaneously went to Ristorante Paradiso. We were warmly welcomed and right from the start all the options for eating gluten-free were listed to me. In fact, great care was taken to ensure that it was not contaminated. This also applied to pizza and pasta. Therefore it was my first and only pizza in Italy on vacation. Thank you for that! The gluten free pizza was a pizza with grilled vegetables. She was very tasty. Everything seemed very familiar, open and friendly on site. It was also well attended, even though we came to dinner so “late” (8:30 p.m.).

Space cabin! Truly unique view as you can see from the photo. Restaurant also equipped with a pizzeria with a large menu and various solutions for celiacs. There are many seats inside but just as many are out of sight of the mountains. Right portions of dishes and prices in line. Large and clean bathrooms. Attentive and helpful staff. I recommend stopping here for a nice meal overlooking the mountains.

Got back to the hotel and my gf pizza was hardly cooked. My wife said pizza was nice.. I totally get you are not solely gluten free but pizza wasn't cooked. The picture I posted showed that the base wasn't cooked. The cheese wasn't even melted.
