One of my favorite spots in Zürich. 100% gluten free and many vegan and vegetarian options. So many delicious options. I love being able to eat the cookie that comes with coffee/tea too (a rarity for a celiac!)
Charming vibe with creative seasonal dishes, friendly gestures, and excellent local coffee make this spot a must-visit!

Sometimes ugly ducklings surprise: the restaurant looks quite inconspicuous inside and out. Like a typical country inn. Inside you will be greeted by a facility whose 90s feeling is underlined with the right choice of music. It sometimes seems a bit old-fashioned and outdated.
"BUT": Everything else is absolutely great. Great food, nice service, good selection, fair prices. And what makes me personally very happy: gluten-free cordon bleu!
My wife has celiac disease and it can be really difficult to find a suitable restaurant.
This spot offers a spacious buffet with a ton of delicious variety, perfect for a luxurious meal or quick takeout by the river.

It is my favorite place for a lunch or a dinner when I am near HB. I am not a vegetarian, and the food is still very delicious for me. The buffet offers variety of options for everyone’s taste. There are also gluten free buns
This lively spot offers a vibrant atmosphere with attentive service and a menu packed with diverse options, making it a must-visit in Zurich!

If you're looking for a safe spot for gluten-free Italian food in Zurich, Ristorante Totò in Seefeld is a true gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the warm atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff.
I started with two amazing appetizers: the freshest carpaccio and a unique squid salad, both full of flavor. The menu offers a great selection of gluten-free starters, so there's plenty to choose from.
For the main course, I had their gluten-free pizza, and it was fantastic! The crust was light, airy, and perfectly baked, topped with truffle, zucchini, burrata, and tomatoes. Every pasta on the menu is also available gluten-free, which is great for pasta lovers.
They also serve gluten-free Italian bread with olive oil, a nice touch to start the meal. To finish, I enjoyed one of their homemade gluten-free desserts, which was just as indulgent and delicious as the rest of the meal.
In short, Ristorante Totò is a haven for anyone needing gluten-free options, offering authentic Italian dishes that are 100% safe for those with celiac disease. Whether you’re craving pizza, pasta, or dessert, everything is gluten-free and absolutely delicious. Definitely my new favorite Italian in Zurich!
This cozy spot offers a delightful atmosphere with a tempting selection of options, making it worth the visit despite the prices.

I have celiacs disease and their gluten free food was amazing and gave me no issues! I ordered the eggs Benedict and it was seriously 10/10. I also loved the coffee and even got a gluten free pastry. Definitely recommend this place for people with gluten intolerance!
Enjoy stunning views while celebrating special moments, with a welcoming atmosphere and a team that makes every visit memorable.

As always, a visit to Etzliberg is a highlight! We have to eat gluten-free. There is a special menu here and you can even order Wienerschnitzel and warm chocolate cake for dessert. A gluten-free paradise with a brilliant view. The service is excellent, you can feel that the staff is a well-coordinated team and harmonizes well with each other. We are already looking forward to the next time!
Enjoy a lovely dining experience with great views, a terrace, children’s playground, and options for everyone in a welcoming atmosphere.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner in the Sporrer restaurant last night. The service is very nice and attentive, the food was very good. There are menus to choose from for vegetarians, meat eaters and those with gluten intolerance. We enjoyed a great non-alcoholic cocktail for the aperitif. We stayed in the evening, but during the day it has a terrace and large windows with a great view. There is also a playground if you come with children and plenty of parking spaces. We would love to come back, we enjoyed the evening.
Regarding the expenses per person: We had an aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, wine and tap water and spent between 90-100 francs per person.
Enjoy vibrant flavors and a lively atmosphere with generous portions, perfect for a flavorful outing in Zurich.

Great Lebanese food in the heart of Zurich. The mix grill is amazingly delicious. They looked after our special diet because they care and have strict processes in their kitchen. Special thanks to the owner who came to our table to assure us of meeting our Gluten Free requirements in almost every order we placed including Grills, Falafel, Tabouleh, etc..

BEETNUT is a fantastic spot for anyone looking for creative, healthy, and delicious food in Zurich. Almost all dishes can be made gluten-free, and the staff is very knowledgeable, making it a safe and enjoyable experience. The ingredients are super fresh, and the flavor combinations are unique and incredibly well-balanced.
I tried the Scrambled Tofu Bagel with coconut, veggies, curry & salad—absolutely delicious and now one of my favorite dishes in Zurich. They also offer a great selection of trendy drinks like Matcha, Golden Milk, Blue Milk & more.
The atmosphere is modern and inviting, making it a great place to relax, work, or catch up with friends. The concept is well thought out, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for gluten-free and plant-based options in Zurich!
So, there's gluten free food but it doesn't taste that good. The atmosphere is good, but sometimes its dirty. Service, some food or drinks always get forgotten. Literally every time I'm theres, something gets forgotten
Burgers at McDonald's in Switzerland are almost certainly cross-contaminated as they are prepared on the same grill. Only the fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer and are considered safe.
With a stunning, cozy vibe and a welcoming atmosphere, this spot is perfect for enjoying a delightful meal alone or with friends.

So nice to get a completely delicious meal that was not too heavy! I have Celiac Disease (gluten free) and my fiancée is a vegetarian. We both were completely safe here. My tapioca wrap with chicken was perfect and the staff customized my mango passionfruit smoothie to replace OJ with oat milk. My fiancée had a beautiful açaí bowl that tasted great too, as well as an iced matcha. Wonderful place!

Awesome vegetarian and vegan food, you can basically eat your way around the world from Thai curry to samosas, and pakoras; a variety of cold, salads, veggie pâté and the like. Juices, cocktails, mock tails and wine by the glass, as well as a full selection of hot beverages are available. Outdoor patio when the weather is nice, the only downside is that in Switzerland, people smoke on patios, so look and make sure the wind is blowing the other way. Takeout containers available, and delightfully cheeky graphics delineating the male and female washrooms. This branch of the main restaurant which has been open for 125 years does a great job. If it’s your first time in Switzerland, you probably don’t realize everything is about double the price you’re used to in North America. Take half the portion you think you’d like so you don’t get sticker shock when you see the currency conversion on your credit card. The celery schnitzel is absolutely phenomenal, I like it with a little bit of the pesto smeared on top. Gluten appetit!
We recently ordered from this branch via eat.ch. Unfortunately, absolutely horrible. The gluten free burger was definitely not gluten free! The green glue was missing. This should not happen as it can have serious consequences. The entire household vomited after eating. Other than that, the entire delivery was cold and completely inedible. Unfortunately I can only advise against it.
Expect fresh products and vegan options, alongside top-notch coffee that makes a visit totally worthwhile!

Great food, fresh products and vegan options , topped with amazing coffee and friendly staff.
Recommend 100%
I can recommend the pancakes and the Dahl. The blueberry protein shake
There are lactose free and gluten free options. Although would be amazing if they added gluten free bread 🙏
Chill coffee spot with unique dishes and tasty drinks, but outdoor seating can be a drag with nearby smokers.

Friendly coffee shop, that offered to make me gluten-free brunch. I had a Shak Shukka and they added tahini to the dish which was great. They also made me a chai latte with lactose-free milk. Great! The only reason there isn’t 5 stars is because two outside tables had smokers and one was smoking right beside me and the smoke and the ashes from the ash tray were blowing towards me and it made it an unpleasant experience so I rushed my food and then left. Sadly this is not uncommon in Switzerland but a dedicated smokers area outside would be better I think.
You’ll find a variety of options, especially if you’re a meat lover, and the staff are great at helping with dietary needs.

I gave the staff a translation card for celiac and they let me know what was safe. I don’t eat meat, so my options were limited, but it seems like there are a lot more if you do!

Lovely, cosy place with a selection of very tasty food and patisserie, great coffee and a lovely selection of 4 different craft beers with even one gluten free and one alc.free beer. Some tables on the sunny side walk as well. Will come again.
Very great brunch place! Our two dishes tasted extremely delicious and were large portions - we couldn't finish eating, it was too much. Unfortunately there is no gluten-free bread, but I was able to have my dish with potatoes instead of bread. They also ran out of yogurt that Sunday, so unfortunately I couldn't eat any yogurt. Very charming & friendly service. We will definitely come here again in the summer and enjoy the garden.
The brunch offerings are outstanding, but the highlight is the delicious gluten-free bread they offer! It may just be seasonal (as part of a brunch menu), but I was pleasantly surprised :)
Expect exceptional service and a welcoming vibe that makes every guest feel well cared for at this fabulous spot.

Was here last night.
TOP for people with allergies!
As a celiac disease (gluten) and vegan, this restaurant was heaven on earth. Many dishes can be ordered gluten-free, which is unfortunately not often the case in Switzerland. TOP.
There are delicious vegan options.
Minuses: the price compared to the portion and the offer.
32.- for fajitas with planted, some salad, a few black beans, guacamole, 2 slices of carrots and a few - I think - canned pineapples.
If people had ordered dead animals, it would have been a little cheaper, which I don't understand.
Btw. Aldi has very cheap Planted 😅
Service: Sarah was super personable, warm and accommodating.
Great brunch and lunch menu. They have also gluten- and lactose-free options. For coffee, they offer soy, almond and lactose-free milk alternatives. The service is very friendly and helpful.
On the photo: healthy bowl (granola, greek yoghurt, blueberries) and bagel egg benedict.
