The reason I'm not giving it more stars is because the waitresses aren't very friendly and the place is smoky, leaving the (unpleasant) smell on your clothes. On the other hand, the gluten-free noodle dish didn't contain any noodles, and the menu didn't mention it.

I never normally leave a review for anywhere but I am obsessed with this place 😍!For so many reasons, I am coeliac and have dined breakfast lunch brunch and dinner and the options are amazing and delicious.The staff are superb so so kind so knowledgeable and lovely girl even reassured me that they use separate everything to make my meal and hoped I wouldn’t be worried ! I have been coeliac for 10 and a half years and never have I had so much reassurance from somewhere which is amazing as I feel so normal and relaxed which is rare when going out to eat with an allergy .The food is lovely so much choice which again is rare ! And it’s cheap what more could you want . This location is my favourite in Belfast as I have been to another one but the staff weren’t the same couldn’t recommend more ❤️

Fantastic Experience at Zizzi!
Had an amazing time at Zizzi — the Calzone Picante and Gluten free Pepperoni Pizza were delicious, thanks to the great chef Jan! The service was equally impressive, with a wonderful waitress who was friendly and attentive. Special shout-out to Seb the barman for his excellent drinks and great energy. Highly recommend!

Me and my best friend booked Nova for food and drinks on Thursday night for 830pm. The gluten free and vegan/vegetarian options were impressive, and delicious. I had gluten free pasta with a tomato sauce, and my friend had ravioli parcels of some sort. We also had a side each and shared a dessert, with a Hugo spritz each as well. The bill came to about £70 which was surprisingly cheap. I usually hate going out for food as someone with dietary requirements but will definitely be back!! Staff were so lovely and accommodating. Amazing experience

This was probably 3-3.5 rather than a 4 but I could see the potential for greatness. It has the potential to be a fair bit more than it was last night anyway.
Bathrooms were run down and in real need of maintenance and makeover.
Pretty cool vibe in the place though.
I appreciated the gluten free options they had available.
The food ingredients were very tasty. The problem was that my food was sitting waiting under the heat lamp for 10-15 minutes. We were beside the heat lamps and recognised our meal from the start. Because of this, my entire meal was just luke warm. The wedges were quite overcooked and therefore crunchy so I wouldn't recommend them. So it was a very mixed experience.
Bathrooms felt a bit grotty, food was very tasty but barely even warm. I'd also appreciate a bit more clarity on what was gluten free. What will be included what won't if I order the gluten free version of this. A separate gluten free menu would be easily done and would stop a lot of going back and forth to check with chefs.
We would definitely come back here but not in a hurry.
