This is such a cool spot! We drove down from Anchorage last fall just to come here and right after we ordered the power went out. They refunded us, but I wasn’t able to make it back until recently and was excited to finally try the shakin’ bacon waffle (pictured, but I ate most of it first). It did not disappoint! I ordered it gluten free - I have celiac and had no issues with this order. I also got a firebox freeze and it was a perfect addition to the waffle.

Service is wonderful, decor is fun with a 50's vibe. The food is tasty but sometimes the portions are small for the price. Sometimes there are lots of fries, other times not so much. Restaurant is clean and their orders to go are done on time. No gluten free buns but will put burgers on lettuce. Are willing to check ingredients for allergies. Fun to go in and eat and usually food is great.

This place accommodated a large group quite efficiently. However, $18 for a BLT is quite too much. I figured it would be the best BLT in the world. The tomatoes were fresh and the bacon was cooked well. It needed more bacon though. The lemon chicken soup was ok. It was very tasty—and gluten free is always a plus. Dairy free as well! But, it was mostly rice and liquid. There was next to no chicken. Could have used some carrots or some veggies to highlight i The flavors better.
