This is my new favorite place. They have organic juices, smoothies using TruVani protein powder (which I love) and amazing bowls. No soy, no corn, no gluten. The macro bowl was fantastic!! Highly recommend!!! Please consider opening one in Redondo Beach - we need something just like this. I would be you biggest fan!
The marinara for the gnocchi was delicious ! Minus one star because I wish they'd mark menu items vegan/gluten-free so it's less work to order for customers of that diet.

This is our go to place for a few reasons. First, my wife has celiacs so the gluten free pancakes along with the safe handling by the cooks above makes it worth it. Second, the food is perfect no matter what you order. They answer any questions you have and accommodate almost any requests for food prep. Third, the friendliness! The staff are great and remember us even though we may not visit frequently enough to warrant it! If you were just thinking about eating here, do yourself a favor and just go!

This is a fantastic place. The location is convenient to local business, the freeway, the mall and the theater. The food is excellent. The Best new restaurant at South Coast Plaza! Conveniently placed by Macy's Men and Saks Fifth- it's easy to park or Valet and walk in. The food is absolutely sensational. Freshly prepared, well seasoned, and a great variety. Gluten free options are marked on the menu. Wine list is well appointed. There was also a pre fixe menu special when we went as well. Great for lunches or date night!
They had a lot of soy sauce free options and most of the topping were naturally gluten free! They had gluten free soy sauce as well! We had the tuna and Octopus 🐙 with brown rice and it was very fresh and tasty! The spicy proteins are off limits because of soy sauce sadly. Overall had a nice experience and the staff was pretty friendly!
Great place to grab a quick healthy meal. Menu has a nice variety of entrees, sides, combos & pastries to choose from, including gluten-free and vegan options. I tend to lean towards the "build your own" salad, however I love their Turkey Melt!!

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Social and it was phenomenal.
The head chef, Jeffrey Boullt, crafted a custom 5-course menu for us that fit our guests’ dietary restrictions (some vegan, some gluten free, some allergies, some small children). Every course was beautifully presented and delicious. We were blown away by his talent.
Prior to the dinner, we had some preparatory phone calls with Marisa, who gathered all of our details and coordinated all aspects of the evening. She made the process easy, provided a quote to us the same day as our initial phone call, and even went so far as to print our menus with custom designs based on the “vibe” of our wedding - such a thoughtful surprise!
We truly appreciated the personalized service from the entire team at Social. It was the perfect venue for our wedding-eve. We will definitely be back!

I have celiac and eating out safely is tough. I have eaten here before and they always seem very knowledgeable about what has gluten and waht is safe. I ordered online with the items I typically expect to be gluten free, but as I know items can change sometimes I put a note to not include any gluten containing items as I have gluten allergy. They sent my order with a note and were careful not to include any gluten. So appreciative of them taking it seriously. Even sent packs of gluten free soy sauce.

Descanso Restaurant is right next to Mokkohi Shabu Shabu and The Kebab Shop or The Shops at Mesa Verde. Tons of amply parking and additional spots to visit around the vicinity.
Ambience was clean and customer service wasn't too bad. Overall a fun experience and can't wait for them to open up at The Grove in Los Angeles.
