Food and service were fantastic. I got the breakfast burrito and added a hasbrown inside of it. The thing was massive and very good. All wait staff was very nice. Coffee was great too. Classic old school diner look and feel. Glad to see they have multiple Gluten Free options + sourdough bread too.
This spot offers a relaxed, coastal vibe with a quiet dining area enhancing its laid-back atmosphere. The staff is notably friendly and accommodating for those with Celiac disorder, making it a considerate choice for gluten-free diners seeking a casual date night setting.

Wonderful dinner at Chapter 1. We almost did not get to go because the Open Table app said we were wait listed. Our group went from 6 to 4, so checked the app and we were able to get a table at 5:30. When we arrived at 5:15, the place only had people in the bar. It did not get "busy" until we were leaving. The manager was amazing and said ALWAYS call the restaurant if you can't get a time, there may be a chance they may be able to accommodate. Scallop Risotto was made gluten free and a 10/10. Roasted Cod was made gluten and dairy free and 10/10. Fish and Chips 10/10 * and they use* REAL* onions in the onion rings . Chapter 1 Bolognese was the only bust as no meat was seen and was lacking flavor. The chocolate dessert and cheese cake were 10/10, cocktails were great. Miranda and all other staff we interacted with were amazing. They appear to only have high top tables, so it was a little challenging for an elderly parent.
An early morning hotspot, loved for unbeatable breakfasts, flawless service, and unique specials that pack a flavor punch.

The food was so good we went back the next morning. My son said they have the best gluten free French toast he's ever had.
The maple chorizo skillet and Cinnamon bun pancakes are both amazing.
Late edit: Earlier before we got food we mentioned to the chef my son loves his French toast and that we came back for it even though we're from out of town. Right before we left the chef came over and gave us some of the bread they use for their French toast so we could make it at home.
If I could give above 5 stars I would.
