This is a 100% dedicated gluten free restaurant with arguably the best food, whether you are eating gluten free or not. Their menu clearly states everything used is gluten free, which if you have Celiac, you know the appreciation for that alone.
If you’re in the area, take the time to make a stop here…you won’t regret it! It is a sit down, nicer restaurant so take that into account. Ordering to-go might be an option if you are looking to get back on the road when traveling through.
They also sell jars of their green and red salsa…worth buying to take along!
Edit - I was a little disappointed at my last visit. The child's meal was expensive and not warm enough. It also didn't taste good- not even my husband liked it and he hardly ever passes up chicken strips. His sandwich was also pretty bland and not served fresh- it tasted a lot like something you get from a vending machine without much flavor wise.
I had the salad bar which was tasty, but was disappointed in only getting one trip and not having much selection. I also didn't get a plate until tm after my family got n their meals, so they ended up waiting a long time for me to finish.
I may go there by myself next time just for the salad bar but will get it togo for sure.

This is one of my fav places to go for a healthy and filling meal.
I love the salad bar and soups.
They have vegetarian and vegan options. They also have gluten-free bread for an extra charge.

The food was very good. Great flavor and perfect amount of spiciness. Lots of options to try different Indian entrees and vegetables. I loved them all. I’m a celiac and it was safe and the server brought me beef I could eat. The service was excellent.
Quick service and a chill vibe make this spot perfect for relaxing and chatting with friendly locals after a meal.

We were seated and waited on promptly. Our food was served quickly. The restaurant wasn't very busy and we started chatting with the other customers and our server Joshua after we finished eating. He was friendly and we absolutely had no complaints. I had gluten free pancakes and bacon. The hostess and the other servers were also friendly and thanked us for coming.
A cozy spot perfect for small gatherings with great service and consistently praised dishes, making it a popular choice for return visits.

Not a place for a large gathering - we booked their private room and the service was slow. Most everyone said their food was good. My steak was pretty bland - maybe because I had to order gluten-free? They were very good about providing gluten-free options, although there is a risk of cross-contamination. A few in the party had eaten there individually and said that it was outstanding then.
Awesome fresh juices! My wife had a salmon frittata that was amazing and I had a chorizo omelette that was the perfect texture. The regular and gluten free bread was good along with the fresh jam! Cant wait to come back
Creative and delicious biscuit heaven with an incredible variety that keeps everyone coming back for more!

Kanya makes THE best biscuits I’ve ever had in my life! So many options, vegan, gluten free, regular! She is so creative with recipes and they taste so amazing! Kanya is so sweet and has really made her place in the biscuit world 💜
We spent a week in Shreveport and wanted to make sure we got some Creole food for at least one meal. There were a lot of options but proximity lead us here. They were only doing drive up due to covid which was fine with us. There was a line of cars backed up down the road that implied popularity. The line moved fast and the the staff was super efficient. After spending nearly 20 years in the restaurant industry, I am not easily impressed, but I was impressed here. They have obviously adapted to the covid reality and are killing it. I love Creole cooking and this was my first time in Louisiana so my food expectations were high. They knocked it out of the park. I developed a gluten intolerance a couple of years ago and I miss a lot of my favorite foods, so I wasn't able to indulge in several things I really wanted but I loved everything that we ordered. Highly recommend!
Hands-down one of my favorite restaurants to go to in Shreveport. They have so many Gluten-free and healthy options available. The pork rolls were especially wonderful to have as a GF person. They even have the temperature inside comfortable as opposed to most places who make it freezing. They are wonderful! The service was also amazing!
