This is a 100% dedicated gluten free restaurant with arguably the best food, whether you are eating gluten free or not. Their menu clearly states everything used is gluten free, which if you have Celiac, you know the appreciation for that alone. If you’re in the area, take the time to make a stop here…you won’t regret it! It is a sit down, nicer restaurant so take that into account. Ordering to-go might be an option if you are looking to get back on the road when traveling through. They also sell jars of their green and red salsa…worth buying to take along!
