Absolutely the most delicious Indian food ever! The spices were amazing, generous portions, and everything on the menu was labeled clearly for allergies, including so many gluten free options. The restaurant is very clean and the service (particularly Edwin) was so fast and extremely helpful. Can’t recommend enough!
A vibrant spot with a diverse plant-based menu, friendly vibes, and a serene ambiance awaits, making every visit a delightful experience.

This place has some absolutely delicious hash browns.
As a family with various food allergies, we love being able to eat here together. Vegan and gluten free options are pretty good.
Their coffee drinks are a bit expensive.
A standout spot with a unique menu and knowledgeable staff, perfect for those seeking delicious options tailored to special dietary needs.

Great date night spot! I really enjoyed the food, but the decor and vibe really made this place a great experience. I really enjoyed the crispy chicken Bao buns and the ramen. A couple of good gluten free options too.
I went here with my significant other for Valentine’s Day. The food was superb - I loved the lemon and herb on the potatoes - and I was happy that I could easily find gluten free and peanut free items on the menu. Also, we enjoyed the live music. Our server was also knowledgeable and helpful. The only downside was there were a lot of people packed into a small space and it was pretty loud - but I can see why so many people would want to be here!
A top spot for brunch with attentive service, offering a power grain bowl that's a hit among patrons.

If you visit First Watch you have to ask for Ailyna as your server. She was so attentive, polite, and helped with the menu. Ailyna made sure that my daughter’s gluten free meal was GF. We would definitely visit again.
Modern Mexican vibes shine here, with a surprising drink selection and flavorful dishes that leave you with great leftovers.

I was delighted to have the opportunity to drop by Ta Contento for lunch. The atmosphere is modern Mexican and they have a wider alcoholic drink selection than you might anticipate. I had a margarita chips and queso and a burrito bowl for about $25. Everything was excellent. The chips were light and fresh and queso was on point. The burrito bowl was amazingly flavorful with plenty left over for another meal. As I was wrapping up, I ordered some gluten free yuca fries and plantains and they switched the oil for me.
I had a wonderful experience all around—great food, service, and atmosphere. We sat in on the patio and was very comfortable. The hosts and servers were all super friendly and knowledgeable. We liked how the menu was structured, such that we could choose either small plates or a dinner entree depending upon our hunger level. The plates were beautifully presented with very bright colors. We loved the pork belly arepa and the budino for dessert! Appreciated that there were lots of gluten free options!
Vegan flavor unbelievable fish cake cheese grits black beans kale and pancakes that is out of this world. My wife loves it my children love it and it is filling it satisfies my soul a free eating and is gluten free as well.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere on the pleasant patio, with a diverse menu catering to all diets and attentive service ready to guide your choices.

I had a lovely birthday brunch on their patio(on a less than ideal birthday). Their staff was attentive, and their menu offers a wide variety of options; if you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, or omnivore then you have something to try. They are also substitution friendly, so you may have some low-carb options. The staff brought water for the table immediately, offered recommendations on menu items when asked, and brought a biscuit while the meal was prepared. The patio was pleasant, clean, and ready for guests.

I visited again, and for this visit, I would remove a star. The food was lovely(and I wrote so on the check) but the waitress with the dark braid seemed to be amused by something and I ended up sitting on the patio for some time waiting for service; I had to call the restaurant to have someone come out with a togo container. The foam container she brought smelled funny(do they have recyclable options?). I still tipped over 20%, but the waitresses this morning seemed to be on a different wavelength.
Expect a welcoming vibe where the chefs go the extra mile to ensure everyone enjoys their time, making dining feel personal and inclusive.

I have celiacs disease so it's very hard to eat out with my family. I spoke with one of the chefs and he was kind enough to discuss in detail what he could make, what precautions he could take and what things he couldn't control. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make something safe for me. My family enjoyed an amazing brunch and I felt safe eating here. Everyone was kind and honest, which is amazing!
The last time I went to Elements I learned they unfortunately do not have a dedicated gluten-free fryer so be cautious when you order, even if the menu items are listed as “gluten-free”.

Excellent food! Menu is full of gluten free options, and they are reliable to a high standard (or so it would seem based on my friend's experience, who has celiac disease). This location has been here for many years, but remains one of my favorite places in the Chapel Hill area.
