Fantastic! I chose this spot because we were feeding a vegetarian and someone gluten free. We had read that there were accomodations for these diets. They did not disappoint! We got a vegetarian (tofu) panini–that was some of the best tasting smoky-flavored tofu I've had–and a gluten free bread panini–really solid gf bread. We were also brought appetizers (bread and a sun-dired tomato dip) which accomodated both of the needs. Delicious. Highly recommend, especially in a city like Galveston where the predominant theme is meat and seafood.

Mario’s Seawall has a great atmosphere and delicious food, but unfortunately, my experience as a celiac girlie wasn’t the best. While they do offer gluten-free options, I ended up getting glutened, which was really disappointing. The flavors were amazing, and I wish I could confidently return, but if you have celiac or a severe gluten intolerance, I’d recommend being extra cautious and double-checking with the staff. My best friend and I were heading out on a cruise out of the Galveston port and wanted to have seafood in town the night before. She has Celiac's disease so we looked around for gluten free food and found BLVD Seafood. They were absolutely fantastic!! Everything we ate was excellent. It was all flavorful and they had really good options for her that was gluten free. Very often she has little to no good options, but BLVD had plenty, and it was all fantastic. The shrimp scampi was fantastic - to the point where when I said I was going to leave a good review she told me to make sure to mention it. It wasn't like any shrimp scampi I've seen other places, but it was AMAZING. If we ever sail out of Galveston again, we will be eating here again.

The gluten free pizza here was amazing!! I've been to a different Russo's and this place just did it better. Also got a salad and a (regular) pizza by the slice that we asked to have sliced in half.

I ordered the shrimp burger and it was fabulous. My sister who is celiac and allergic to fish was with me. She ordered a simple burger patty, but as they make sure the grill was clean. They must’ve done just that because she enjoyed every bite and had no flareups. Really enjoyed this restaurant and we’ll go back to try something new next time.

Super cute atmosphere, a few allergies in the party and chef alberto came out to the table to help and made the BEST food-steak was so good and the redfish tacos were out of this world!!!!!!!!! I'm celiac and it was totally safe for gluten free :) also the cheddar grits were fab

Super friendly, cute hole in the wall place. If you love Greek food, this is the place! Adam was our server, he was extremely accommodating and attentive. He recommended mostly what we got 😅 This place is great for family’s! Calamari and crab cakes were yummy! Lamb chops were delicious, kids loved the pizzas, gyro platter and gyro pita was perfect👌🏼 platter had SO much food on it. The rice was a fav. The meat lover pizza was perfectly made with gyro, mozzarella, feta, marinara, tomato, red onions 🤤 He talked us into the chocolate cake and OMGGGGGG 🤌🏼💋 Definitely check it out if your into little locally owned places! Gluten free options too!

A cozy restaurant for cozy food! They had all gluten free options marked on their menu. I ordered the catfish tacos and they hit just the spot! I definitely recommend this place for a reasonably priced, tasty meal.

Gaidos is a standard in Galveston and it's clear why! The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They assisted with any questions I had regarding gluten free items on the menu and were able to make great recommendations. Our appetizer and dessert were amazing, I'm still dreaming about the soup of the day made by the chef! I was a bit disappointed for my entree as the sides and the meat used the same seasoning so the dish lacked depth, but everything else was amazing. The gift shop inside is also very cute.

The food is amazing! Lots of gluten free options. I got the chicken pablano and it makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Mihaela was really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

$7 will get you a huge breakfast burrito with your choice of filling, on homemade tortillas. This the only place I've ever eaten that will make a burrito on corn tortillas. Very helpful if you're #glutensensitive. The service was friendly and helpful. I love supporting small businesses and it's even better when the food is great!

This is a great spot to cool off and have a great meal. Chef Eric is one of Galveston' best! The burgers are excellent, and they gladly accommodate with gluten free options. Pricey? Yup. Spend the money. You only live once.

I liked the atmosphere of being at someone's house, especially with the relaxed way of ordering and sitting yourself, but the food was just okay. There were not very many gluten free options.

This is an authentic Mexican Restaurant. The wait time is about 5 minutes. The tables are nicely set. They have high chairs and can also accommodate wheelchairs. The waiters are knowledgeable and can answer questions about the food like gluten free etc. It is an inexpensive restaurant. Street parking is free.
