Excellent gluten free space. We were served by an Argentinian waiter who was extremely pleasant and friendly. The portions are very generous and everything is delicious. Highly, highly recommended.
Everything is impeccable, plus it is an ideal place for celiacs. Quiet atmosphere, friendly service, adequate and very reasonable costs, honestly a place not to be missed whether for lunch, snack or dinner. Absolutely recommended.

The big rex is all that is good, not to mention that there is bread suitable for celiacs! A glory for when you want to eat a hamburger or a sandwich! Super recommended.
The fries are a 10.
The view from outside 😍

I was leaving the doctor and I went to Gluteno to get a pampering, I needed to cheer myself up. I left sad because of how they treated me. I just want them to make me feel like a customer, the girl who served me didn't feel like serving. It didn't make me want to buy anything. I don't know her name but she has false eyelashes 😂. I wanted to know if the sandwich bread is the same as the one they make the sandwich trays with, he told me yes but he got home and the bread was not the same. It was dry and fell apart on its own. I'm not coming back.
Absolutely loved this quiet and modern little café in Montevideo! The gluten-free snacks were delicious — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The coffee was sensational, easily some of the best we had on our trip. It quickly became our go-to morning spot during our stay. A true hidden gem with a cozy atmosphere and great service. Highly recommend!
a SPECTACULAR experience. I am celiac and I usually cannot eat almost anything on the menu or find that the necessary care is not taken in food establishments, however, my experience at Charco was exceptional. They informed me about all the care they had, they adapted the menu so that I did not lose the possibility of being able to share the different dishes with my family (non-celiacs). They had a panera, starter, main course and desserts suitable for celiacs. If you are in Colonia, I recommend not missing the opportunity to visit this place. Truly Incredible.
I thank all the staff who cared and took care of everything
I know them from several orders of individual cakes and desserts that we have made and they are very delicious and fresh. They deliver at home and everything arrives perfect and if you order it cut.
The cakes are 28cm, they make 8 good portions each and offer a variety of original combinations of very delicious tastes. They send menu and all the information you need by WhatsApp, with a lot of patience and super good service!
And I forgot, they have a very good and varied menu for celiacs!!
The Ham and Cheese Roll is spectacular! But Pasta Frola is at the top of my list, it's so much better than other gluten-free versions I've tried elsewhere!

An explosion of flavors like no other! Tremendous!!!! Super recommended both for foreigners and for those who play as a tenant. I was surprised by the variety of options also for celiacs.
I love this place! It has a gluten-free tasting that is very good. Excellent attention. The only thing is that they don't have discounts with any card. It would be nice if you could see that option. I suggest booking because it usually fills up.
Excellent!!!!!!
They treated us with good vibes and always asking if everything was okay.
The food is delicious. I in particular ordered pasta, delicious pumpkin ravioli. Suitable for celiacs.
And the aquarium and the biological explanations of it, hehehehe good vibes.
So highly recommended... There were 6 of us (they comply with the protocols)
And also a public variation.
We will be back.
The place is incredible and the service is very good, although I ended up leaving the place because the gluten-free options were not gluten-free. Most of their dishes have the “gluten-free” logo, but when you order they warn you that there is cross contamination because they have only one kitchen. In other words, the dishes that are presented as “gluten-free” end up having it. In celiac disease there are no degrees, no percentages, no grays. Either it is gluten-free or it is with gluten. If you don't have two kitchens and don't take the right precautions, don't offer gluten-free dishes. It is constructive criticism. All the best.
The place is very beautiful and the corner location is excellent. You get a lovely view of the sunset from the sidewalk and the terrace. That said, it’s a small spot, so it’s best to go with time. The service is great—everyone is very friendly and attentive. We ordered two flat whites with plant-based milk and a hummus toast, which was the only vegan option. I would’ve liked more hummus since there was a lot of bread, and it was gluten-free, but overall everything was lovely. If you’re staying in their little apartments, you get a 20% discount.
🍽️ Prices according to the quality of the product, but in general regular.
🍣 The sushi was not the best, it could improve in flavor and freshness.
🌾 They adapt gluten-free options, ideal for people with food restrictions.
🌤️ The atmosphere is very pleasant, especially outdoors in the port, with a beautiful view that invites you to relax.
👨🍳 The service was excellent, the staff is friendly and attentive, always willing to help.
Overall, a good option to enjoy the atmosphere, although the food has room for improvement.
We got off to a bad start… with a no-show order, and the wait was 40 minutes for two lattes, chipa, and a pancake… The service was friendly. The gluten-free oat pancakes, yogurt cream cheese, peanut butter, red berry jam, and chocolate crunch were delicious and well-served. The chipa was very greasy to the touch, and I had to wipe my hand every time I bit into it. The hot drinks were delicious and well-served.
The place is beautiful and the atmosphere looks like a European restaurant, they have gluten-free and vegetarian options.
The wines are very good.
The girl's attention was very loving and attentive, as was everyone's.
The costs are the same as any tapas place, but they are worth it, they have good quality and are gourmet.
They have a lot of variety of seafood, pastas, tortillas, they have a lot of cuisine, mainly Spanish.
Excellent place, very delicious dishes!!!! gluten-free options, super attentive to cross contamination. Special mention to the attention of Mrs Francia and Mr Miguel
Really disappointing, I ordered the catch of the day, an option they offered me for Celiacs, the accompaniment was pitiful: 1 papin, 1 piece of sweet potato, a piece of cauliflower and a piece of green zucchini, and the goat is mini with hamburger buns, pure bread and tough meat.
I liked it a lot. It has gluten-free options. In fact, they brought me a bread basket for me without TACC. The place and the staff are very nice and the music they play is very good!
Oriundo has the cutest and most picturesque alley to eat something super delicious!
The menu has gluten-free options which is very important! I highlight the potato omelette that was super delicious ❣️
We had a wine from the menu that went really well with the night we had
Maira's attention: crack! Super cool, decisive and kind. He gave us good recommendations from the menu
