The burger bun was gluten free and was actually the nicest one I’ve ever had - it was so good that I had to doublecheck to make sure it was gluten-free (which it was). Apparently, they make their own. I’m not coeliac but they seemed to be quite gluten-free conscious.
The chips were amazing! Fresh hot and crispy.
The only thing that could’ve been better was the way the burger patty was cooked, it wasn’t overdone as such but they said it would be cooked medium so I expected more pink in the middle but it was medium well which was a bit of a shame.
I saw someone recently had bad service but the service that I got was very good. A nice young Danish guy who was very friendly and accommodating.

Café Faust has my highest recommendation! The staff were all really nice and helpful! We both had their favorite brunch - mine, however, gluten-free. They all had a handle on what contained gluten in their brunch. I was offered to replace the few foods that contained gluten with gluten-free foods. The gluten-free bread came on its own plate, and I could just say if I wanted more. It wasn't dry at all, as gluten-free bread can often be. It was really good bread. The brunch was delicious, fresh and really tasty. It is certainly not the last time we visit Café Faust when we go to Aarhus. Huge recommendation from here!

We asked the waiter Frida about a gluten-free version of a fried plaice and were immediately told that it was easily possible. It was then turned in rice flour instead and tasted exactly as usual. There were 2 housemade whole-food plant-based patties available, and surprisingly they gave a discount to encourage customers for going green with a vegan patty! I personally preferred the hearty beetroot patty comprising beetroot, black beans, apple, horseradish, and rice flour - more 'meaty' mouthfeel and earthy savoury flavour. The sweet potato patty was also nice, comprising fried shredded sweet potato, carrot, bell pepper, and pumpkin seeds - kinda like a naturally sweet rosti! Also came with a choice of dark homemade soft bun made with malt, or gluten-free bun (additional cost), or lettuce bowl without bun. The veg and non-veg folks were happy with our orders! The owner is always available - even on his weddingday! I had to call because I got the wrong order, and I recieved THE BEST service - and this was on his weddingday! I recently visited and was thoroughly impressed! It's not always easy to find great gluten-free options at a burger joint, but Nurs Burger nails it. The fact that they offer gluten-free buns for any burger on the menu is a game-changer and much appreciated. I didn't feel limited at all and could enjoy my favorite burger just like everyone else.
Beyond the delicious burgers, their other food options are also fantastic. It's great to know there are plenty of choices if you're not in the mood for a burger, or if you want some excellent sides to go with it.
To top it all off, the staff were incredibly friendly. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Great food and great service make for a perfect dining experience!
