We came to this restaurant because they have a separate gluten free menu. The options are quite extensive, from gluten free spaghetti and pici to Tuscan beef tripe. They don't make the pasta themselves though. You do need to reserve in advance because the place is quite touristy and we found the atmosphere to be quite hectic.
A hidden gem with an incredible selection of delicious baked goods and sweet treats, perfect for anyone looking for unique finds beyond the usual.

I accompanied my celiac father to try this oven, he was almost moved when he tasted your products. Excellent donuts and focaccias, very similar to traditional ones.

Excellent gluten-free pastries of all types. They manage to make crumbly dough like few others, it's the discovery that made me digest life as a celiac the most. Elegant, precious place, but with normal prices for the quality.
Charming spot in the heart of Florence with a cozy outdoor patio, an international vibe, and a great atmosphere for studying or relaxing.

Pressed there daily! I had a sandwich that had too much sauce on it - while the sandwich was fresh and delicious too much oily sauce made feel a bit nauseous. The fresh green refreshing juice fixed it for me. They also have small vegan bites with no sugar, gluten, and refined sugar. Totally worthy spot if you’re trying to cut down on calories or just looking for something healthy and light.
A hidden gem in Florence offering innovative vegan dishes that impress with flavors and presentation, perfect for a healthy dining experience.

It is rare to find a place that makes both vegan and gluten free food. At RAW they don’t just do that: they will blow your mind! The freshness of the ingredients and the genius combinations of flavors were such a surprise. The raw base pizza was delicious. If I was living in Florence I’d be here everyday.

Excellent place outside the center for a coffee break or for a brunch if you want to escape the chaos of the city.
Friendly waiters and speak English very well.
Prices quite high, but the quality of the food was good.
There are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
Fast service times even though the place was full.
IMPORTANT: they don't take reservations so you have to go by chance and sometimes wait your turn. The place is quite small, but welcoming.
The only sore point, at the end of our brunch, since there is a need to "repay", they brought the bill to the table as an invitation to hurry up and leave...
This charming cafe offers a delightful assortment of sweet treats and artisanal ice cream, making it a must-visit spot in Florence!

Fabulous food, service and ambiance. Really very warm welcome, kind and prepared, especially in the various advice and availability. The girl who managed us was really nice and it was a real pleasure to get advice from her. The only advice I feel like giving, obviously aimed at improvement, is to slightly increase the quality of the gluten-free proposals, in terms of attention to individual dishes and menu choices.
Casual vibe with a variety of options for everyone, making it a perfect spot for family meals and coffee lovers alike.

Perfect lunch - amazing service and something for everyone… gluten free dishes for the coeliac; salmon and avocado poke bowl for dad, burger and fries for the boys and salami platter for the girl who’s always hungry but never wants to eat anything… and beers and Aperol spritz. Very happy family.
A cozy spot in Florence with a vibrant ambiance, great vibes, and a welcoming team that makes every visit feel like catching up with friends.

Wonderful casual restaurant in Florence. The ambiance is wonderful, the food is delicious and the people are just the kindest you'll ever meet! Several gluten-free options. My spouse and I went there 5-6 times during our five day visit for breakfast, brunch or dinner. By the time our time in Florence was over, we felt that we had become friends with several people at Samambaia. Meeting them was a highlight of our time in Florence!
This charming spot boasts a cozy vibe with beautifully decorated interiors and a tempting selection of hearty breakfast options.

This is the best breakfast I’ve had in Italy! Very accommodating for gluten free and celiac safe options. Perfectly cooked omelettes, lovely iced coffee and a lot of options. The best part of this experience are the staff… so friendly, wonderful, and happy! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Florence!!! Thank you Lunetta cafe team, we will be back again!

Excellent coffee, delicious breakfast pastries, and tasty yogurt bowls! The limited seating makes it less suitable for larger groups, but it's perfect for take-out. They offer a diverse menu with vegan and gluten-free choices.
