La Otilia is the perfect place to eat if you have dietary restrictions or a specific diet. They have gluten-free, keto, vegan, paleo, and other options. This time, we ordered a Hawaiian pizza. Although they recommend sharing it, I feel like the portion is personal. For dessert, we ordered a lemon pie and a gansito (my favorite!), along with smoothies (red berries, coconut yogurt, and ginger). The place is pet-friendly 🐶💙 and they have dog treats. The staff is very friendly 🙌🏼

We had a lovely breakfast here with delicious gluten free options and Jugo verde and were served by the lovely Anthonia. We loved it so much we came again for dinner and was served by Antandio Quiroz who was so lovely ! I would 100% reccomend

Santa Iguanas had such a fun, chill vibe with a bright and lively atmosphere. The live music really brought the energy and made the experience feel extra special. We loved the margaritas and sangrias! They were perfectly made and super refreshing. The food was absolutely delicious, and the bruschetta was a standout. They even brought out one gluten-free and one regular version so we could both enjoy it, which was such a thoughtful touch. Tons of gluten-free options overall, which was a big plus. Definitely a memorable spot—we’ll be back!

Honestly can’t remember if I posted a review last year but I’m back in town and CANNOT wait for all of the delicious food. It’s hard not to go overboard as everything looks and tastes sooooo good! The cupcakes are delicious and moist, the bagels are incredible and the hand pies/patties are a huge treat! One of the most impressive gluten free restaurants I’ve been to in any of my travels and the staff are lovely. My mom who does not have celiac diasease also agreed all of the food was great and she can’t wait to go back either!

This business made my wedding cake. It was the best cake my husband and I had ever had. I can’t rave enough about the taste and texture of this cake. No one would ever know it was gluten free.

I ordered the passion fruit and pear cake, and what a disappointment! First of all, it's not cheap. I ordered it for my mom's birthday. She has celiac disease. It's sad to see that I wasted my money, my time, and the opportunity for my mom to celebrate her birthday with something delicious. The filling is extremely sour and chewy, and the crust is more like cardboard than cake! Terrible!

I ate there in person 2 weeks ago it was fantastic!!!! I just received my rappi delivery the chicken sandwich has so much salt I can’t eat it. It’s an overwhelming amount. :( the food was so great the first time as a celiac person I was really excited.

I found this place in google maps and they have a lot of options for gluten free if you are celiac or have an allergy. The waiter was very knowledgeable when he asked me if it was a preference or it was an allergy (to gluten). Which I like. At so many places they don’t really train their staff about cross contamination and this is a plus :) I ordered the gluten free avocado toast. It was good, it had poached eggs, avocado, and feta cheese I believe. Just keep in Mind that if you order for GF it’s 50 MXN extra for the bread, and the size is smaller in comparison to a regular gluten bread :(. But that’s normal and common for gf bread. We also ordered the pancakes to share. They were very good. They came with 3, with side of syrup and dulce de leche, also ordered an Americano and it tasted very good. I liked the touch of the warm milk for my coffee. Usually they give it cold in other places and the drinks turn cold faster. My bf ordered the chilaquiles, I believe they originally come with cauliflower chips but they accommodated to serve with regular corn chips. So far very good if you have food restrictions, allergies. I believe the owner was there and he was walking around greeting and asking if everything was okey. Love the service. It’s always hard to find gf food or restaurants that are accommodating or have knowledge about it, so this is a must in Tulum.

I really like this place! I almost always order takeout; they have delicious gluten-free items; you can tell everything is made with care and attention to detail. The place is small but cozy. I hope to come back someday to work remotely here and enjoy more of the menu. But I must say that there are some of the girls who serve here who don't provide very good service, unlike the guys who usually work at the bar.

Gorgeous restaurant and amazing food! Ate here on my birthday while visiting Playa del Carmen and was so magical and delicious! I have celiac (gluten allergy) and the team was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable on allergies - Highly recommend the tuna steak - it was so delicious! And the restaurant is actually built around a cenote - super cool experience and some of the best food I ate in Mexico!

I came here for the first time and absolutely enjoyed my experience! I'm always hesitant to try new restaurants because of my food sensitivities but my server, Eduardo, was very knowledgeable about the menu and pointed out some sugar free and gluten free options including the chocolate brownie! It was so delicious. Another one of my favorites was the Sopes De Maiz, an appetizer that had tomato, avocado and sprouts. I am so so happy to have found a restaurant that is not only healthy and good for the body but also good for my taste buds as well! 10/10 will definitely be returning back very soon.

Nice place for brunch. Food is good, between too healthy and healthy; plenty of options to choose from including gluten free ones. Prices are a bit high, but okay for San Miguel Allende. Services isn't great though. Staff is super friendly but they forgot some requests we made, didn't hear us when we called and so on. So be patient. The restaurant itself has a rustic style.

Great little coffee shop with a wide array of gluten free treats. I stopped here a few times while visiting Todos Santos. The green smoothie and almond loaf were my favorite. The match was also good. I probably wouldn’t order the iced chai again, it was a bit watery. But overall love the chill atmosphere and the service was super friendly.

The ohner is really carful if you have allergies and can do everithing to accommodate you! Food is excellent and remind me my trip in india! There is also a small international grocery where i can find gluten free! I definitely come back!

Exceptional. The owner attended to us with great closeness and detail. The food was truly exceptional, we had cochito and the asado coleto, and it was one of the best meals on our trip to Mexico. To start with, some very delicious tamales too. Very attentive to my gluten intolerance.

Without a doubt, the best restaurant for breakfast. I love that their menu features 100% healthy, wholesome, and organic dishes. It's clear the person who created the menu knows their stuff. We recommend everything from golden milk, matcha, coffee, and even a gluten-free banana pancake. I love the Mexican omelet, the sweet and sour smoked bacon, the green juice, and the entire menu in general. Congratulations on this restaurant concept.

Phenomenal drink selection. They use exotic ingredients, very healthy choices and lots of gluten-free options. Seating is comfortable whether indoor or outdoor and ergonomically correct. The Wi-Fi is pretty fast and it's a great experience to visit here.

Very good masa madre sourdough. Been there a bunch as new SMA residents. As someone with celiac (gluten issue) I’ve found I can eat long fermented masa madre 24+ hours. Delicious. No issues. Gracias 🙏 . Mi esposo also loved her cinnamon roll too. Smell great In there. Very nice staff. Fair prices. Recommend!
