If you’re a celiac, here’s your breakfast spot! They have a printed gluten free menu with SO MANY OPTIONS! The food was absolutely out of this world delicious, the staff were beyond kind and welcoming, the atmosphere is upbeat and fun! I have zero complaints. Amazing savory and sweet crepes, and best of all for me, all are available in gluten free. We discovered this restaurant when we visited UNCW with our son, and now that he is a student there, we make sure to visit Our Crepes & More whenever we’re in town. My favorites are the Monte-Cristo savory and the Mont-Blanc sweet, but really, we’ve enjoyed everything we’ve tried.

The Spoonfed team catered my wedding, and it was one of the best decisions I made during the planning process! I had several guests with allergies and Susan was a joy to work with to make sure there were accommodations for everyone. Not only that, but the gluten free and vegan options were JUST as delicious as the other options. Hands down, it was the best wedding dinner I’ve ever had, and we received countless compliments the next day from guests who felt the same. The staff was incredible—not only were they professional and attentive, but they also brought so much joy to our day. The morning of the wedding, our wedding party had breakfast at the restaurant, and the staff made us feel so welcomed and celebrated. I’m so grateful we can continue enjoying Spoonfed’s amazing food at their restaurant!

My favorite coffee shop in all of Wilmington hands down. Everyone is so kind and pleasant every time I come in. They always know what I like. I love how it’s plant based so I don’t have to worry about milk at all! They also have delicious pastries with gluten free options. The atmosphere is filled with plants which is enchanting. You’ll find me there weekly!
There is also a yoga studio which is absolutely great for those who love yoga! Great way to get a drink afterwards. There’s also been a new addition to the space which is a pottery studio and an adorable shop as well.
