Amazing savory and sweet crepes, and best of all for me, all are available in gluten free. We discovered this restaurant when we visited UNCW with our son, and now that he is a student there, we make sure to visit Our Crepes & More whenever we’re in town. My favorites are the Monte-Cristo savory and the Mont-Blanc sweet, but really, we’ve enjoyed everything we’ve tried.

GLUTEN FREE when you eat the chicken salad without the crackers that come with the chicken salad scoops. The chicken salad and fruit were great and tasted fresh.

Quaint shop with a boutique feel. Prices are straightforward overall. Hubby has the gluten free options( There were 2 that day) he really enjoyed it!

The Spoonfed team catered my wedding, and it was one of the best decisions I made during the planning process! I had several guests with allergies and Susan was a joy to work with to make sure there were accommodations for everyone. Not only that, but the gluten free and vegan options were JUST as delicious as the other options. Hands down, it was the best wedding dinner I’ve ever had, and we received countless compliments the next day from guests who felt the same. The staff was incredible—not only were they professional and attentive, but they also brought so much joy to our day. The morning of the wedding, our wedding party had breakfast at the restaurant, and the staff made us feel so welcomed and celebrated. I’m so grateful we can continue enjoying Spoonfed’s amazing food at their restaurant!

I stopped in today for the first time after living in Wilmington for many years. This is truly the best coffee I have had since moving here. I was recently diagnosed celiac and was really happy that they had gluten free bakery items I could eat. I had the Oat Pumpkin Latte and a carrot oat cookie. Both were amazing. I can’t remember the last time I had such good quality coffee in Wilmington. I have my fingers crossed a second location could open towards the middle of town or Monkey Junction!

I have celiac disease and I have eaten here numerous times at both locations. I never get sick. There’s a ton of food options. And the drinks are made with fresh juices. So GOOD!

I’m in town for a weightlifting competition. I stopped in here looking for a gluten free sandwich and the owner was so friendly and helpful! I was able to get a GF sandwich and some snacks for my competition. She was even making protein snack boxes once she found out the competition was happening nearby!

very conveniently located on my way to work. Stopped by for the first time today and they’re such nice people! I got a lavender latte with almond milk and one of the Gluten-free By The Sea blueberry muffins. I’m not gluten free so I was slightly hesitant but it’s amazing! Definitely stop by here

We had lunch delivered to our doctor office meeting and the food was PHENOMENAL. Lots of great options, good quality ingredients , and lots of drinks to select from! Gluten free bread as an option is a major plus ! Highly recommend the beef and cheddar sandwich with horseradish! Will definitely be ordering from this location again :)

Camille and Autumn were two of the most fabulous baristas! They asked us very personable questions and were super friendly, humble and gentle!!!!! There are a ton of fresh baked items, with some of them being gluten and dairy free! The boba is amazing and so is the coffee! I take my girls here for bible study and they rave over it every single time!!!! It is so close to UNCW and probably one of the best hidden and underrated gems in Wilmington! So unique and diverse with its options! GO GO GO!!!

A delicious, soulful spot you will love to be! The venue is beautiful and has such a fresh energetic vibe next to a yoga studio. The drinks and pastries are gorgeous, with options I’ve never seen before. The delicate floral sakura latte is amazing. Everything is vegan, with tons of gluten free options, and clearly of the very highest quality. The staff is so friendly and sweet.
