Today was the first time I had the pleasure of checking out Cabana do Cafe inside Hillsboro Downtown Station.The owners Rachel & Hector have a beautiful story and dream come true in creating their first business together. They are so friendly and welcoming. I was impressed with so many unique specialty drinks and homemade desserts. My favorite so far is the Piña Colada Cake, Pão de queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread, naturally gluten free) and Cardamon Rose Latte. I highly recommend and look forward to my next visit.
Food here is amazing!! All the local police come here to eat so you know it is good. Portions are also huge. Menu has options for everyone even the gluten sensitive. Lots of seating as well for larger groups.
