Extremely good vegan and gluten free desserts. The Samoa oatbar is a 10/10 and if it ever disappears I'll likely not survive without it. Its so good, some weeks I get it multiples times! Very friendly customer service too.

Had the gluten free French toast. It was hands down one of the best I’ve had. Great vibe there. Everyone loved their dishes. Highly recommend. If we are ever back we will return

I’ve come to Plant City several times- but my most recent experience was just incredible and has prompted me to write a review. I got the T-BLAT (blt with shiitake mushroom bacon) on gluten free bread and my, my it was DIVINE! The bread was so good for being gluten free and the filling was decadent, nicely filled with lettuce, and a nice balance of spice, saltiness and creaminess from the chipotle mayo and avocado. I highly recommend. They also have a wide variety of hot/iced drinks, as well as a to go food counter with food like sushi and noodles, and many gluten free pastries. I also really love their grocery section with many high quality plant based foods and other snacks. The cafe itself is also just very relaxing and nice with lots of natural light and comfortable seating. I LOVE plant city!

I love this place…. they were one of the first restaurants to get on-board with having gluten-free options several years ago. Prices are a little high, but all prices are a little high. I love all the artwork they have displayed everywhere. I definitely recommend this place. ❤️

Everything was good except for the grilled octopus which I sent back because you couldn't even chew it. Second time was better but still just ok. But the standout here was the gluten-free lamb poutine, everyone loved that!

Garden Grill already had a five-star review from me because of how versatile they are with dietary restrictions, but I ordered food to go from them and realized after I left that an item was missing. I drove back, and despite having a full restaurant and a likely very busy kitchen, they remade the missing item so quickly and threw in some free gluten-free desserts for the trouble. The hostess was also so kind and took her time speaking to me and making sure that I was happy.

This place is such a hidden gem!!! I stumbled in after my intended coffee shop down the street was too crowded, and boy am i glad I did. Shastea offers a wide range of customizable teas, with seemingly myriad flavors, caffeine levels, and tea types - white, green, herbal, etc - to choose from. There was also a great selection of sweet and savory crepes which could be made gluten free!! I had the loveliest morning sipping my herbal latte, snacking on a guava crepe, and doing some work in the quiet back room. A great place to study - I will definitely be returning!

Definitely one of the top places on BI
FOOD - the food is great and especially good breakfast place. Well known for their very cool toast varieties. Ciabatta, sourdough are really good. Bakery items are excellent, everyday is different pastries muffins and things and they are really good.
MENU - this is an excellent menu that has a lot of variety for drinks and food. You can get smoothie or bowls, toast, coffee, sandwiches. Very good with Customizations. A lot of VEGAN / GLUTEN FREE options.
SERVICE - the service here is amazing. They do get busy but if you see a line don’t be worried because it moves fast. They are very friendly and helpful. They take great caution with allergies. Tomaso is absolutely great!!
ATMOSPHERE/LOCATION - definitely has that LOCAL VIBE but also are up to date on trends off the island. Outside seating very cool area and some lounge style seating as well. I will say it’s a little tight at times because they are busy. Parking can be tricky.

I’ve probably been here about 5 times so far, where I’ve had food twice, and came for the bar once.
This is a vegan place, and is a must to visit for people with allergies/intolerances with a wide menu of gluten free items. I came with a person with gluten intolerance and I’m lactose intolerance and it was nice to not have to choose items super carefully.
It’s very refreshing to have a place in the neighborhood that’s got a wonderful cafe vibe and transforms into a bar at night. They have wonderful speciality cafe drinks as well as alcoholic drinks at night.
As a bonus, they support local artists in the area. They have a little section of the store with greenery items and one with candles, earrings, and other misc goods from artists.
Incredibly nice people and such a great gluten free menu! I got the Ultimate Grinder and their gluten free clam chowder. The staff was knowledgeable about gluten. They even had gluten free cookies available but opted for the bowl of chowder instead. We also order the regular Ultimate Grinder which also looked incredible
With a charming European vibe and cozy nooks, this spot offers a delightful experience and high-quality goods in a beautifully designed space.

According to my partner the ham and Asiago scone is amazing, as are the muffins and Portuguese rolls for breakfast sandwiches are chefs kiss. We have also ordered gluten free cakes from them for holidays and people who don’t eat GF said they were amazing and they couldn’t tell they were GF.

Great gluten free options. (May I suggest the "plain jane" on gf bagel... Sausage, egg and cheese) However, there's nothing plain about it... hot, fresh, made to order and flavorful. They also have Sprinkle gf cookies, and more. Grabbed an everyrjing bagel with salmon and lox to go too for a family member... they loved it!!!Menu is extensive. Large variety of flavored-in-the-bean coffees, both hot and iced..... flavor shots add ins. And much more. Parking is easy but fills up fast, especially on a weekend!! Staff is friendly. Sign up for their rewards to earn points!! Spacious inside with plenty of seating.
Great place for breakfast and lunch! I love that they offer gluten free bread and wraps as well as some premade gluten free snacks. My favorite part is being to get a breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread! It makes my whole day. Staff is very patient when asking about ingredients in their sandwiches. I don't drink coffee, so I can't review that part.

Alma’s delivers on taste and satiation every time! Each item on their menu is specially curated with unique flavors, and their retail section contains gourmet pantry items, great for yourself or a gift! Many of their offerings are gluten free and they have several vegan options which keep me coming back! Their Sprout and Tofu Bhan Mi are personal favorites, along with the Carmelita for dessert 🤤
These jerks charge 12$ extra now for the raspberry sauce for the gluten free chocolate cake. That sauce used to come WITH the cake. They also used to include whipped cream but not anymore! This business is SO GREEDY I cannot believe it. Awful I’m never coming back. I begged the worker to give me a tiny bit of the sauce and she caved fortunately, but that’s so bad of them to not include everything anymore.

Amazing gem hidden in Coventry! I've been here 3 times. One time before I transitioned to a gf vegan and the food flights were phenomenal we loved the guacamole and margaritas flight. The following 2 times I dined as a gf vegan and the options they have are amazing. I had the vegan flight with waffle fries, taco, and burger (all gf) with a cinna-coco maple glaze iced espresso with oat milk 🥹🥴🤤. Third time I came back for the Cinna-coco 😍 and figured I'd try gf vegan breakfast. Ordered the vegan gf sausage egg and chez. Fahhh nommm . Com . Thank you all for always knocking it out of the park 💙 Clearly highly recommend & highlight this is a great place for friends and families looking for a restaurant catering to meat lovers, vegan and gluten free.

I have only ever had take-out procured by someone else so I can't speak to the atmosphere. What I can tell you is that the food is PHENOMENAL. The french fries are so crispy and delicious and the portion is HUGE. I'm a fry fiend and one order can be shared amongst at least 3 people. The BLTA is delicious -- bacon is crunchy, veggies are fresh, and the guac has a little spicy kick. I love that I can get a yummy gluten free sandwich which is somewhat of a novelty. Highly recommend!

So it pains me to leave this review because my first experience with this restaurant was such a great experience and the waitress was great, but be that as it may this last experience was with my family and the waitress we had was terrible and brought the general manager in to the issue. The first time i was given the option for gluten free fries I am not deeply affected by gluten but have a slight intolerance she was very attentive and made sure my first experience there was a very good one. This last time the waitress was not very attentive and even had an attitude while taking my order as if she had better things to do than be there saying there are no gluten free options even to the point of telling me I don't know who told you that but we don't have gluten free fries here not once checking with the kitchen after some time she came to the table and asked if I was ordering anything the family asked for more water and she skipped over my glass filled everyone else's and walked away from my empty cup then refused to come back to our table to even bring us the check I have never experienced such behavior from a server and it actually saddens me because the food is actually pretty good one of the best I've been to in my area

I tried the gluten-free sweet potato tofu scramble wrap. It was okay. The tofu was seasoned, which is good, but the flavors in the wrap were conflicting. I think they could go all in on the seasoning and turn it into a delicious Indian or Thai style curry wrap. Otherwise, they could substitute tofu with Just Egg and make an American breakfast wrap. In its current state, the wrap is in flavor purgatory!
The blood orange hibiscus tea was fine. I would steep it a little longer but that's a personal preference.

Service was fine, not bad. We were probably both a little sleepy. I hadn’t had any coffee yet. Atmosphere was cute. I love that they had matcha and gluten free options for my daughter, who wasn’t with me but I’m always looking for yummy places to bring her.
The EMT is just that, loaded with cream cheese, bacon, and tomato. Exactly that and that’s ok. It’s got a ton of great reviews but in my opinion it could use less cream cheese and add an egg. I don’t give negative reviews because I don’t like the way something tastes since everyone has their own opinions on that.
However, when I received the Loaded Avocado Toast which description includes and an egg and I just got a few egg crumbles that’s just not right. The name and description suggest there will be at least a full egg. It was loaded with chunks of onion. That’s about it. There was more onion than egg. The avocado spread was a sliver of on each side. I should have taken a picture but I was hungry, so I came home, took off the onions, added some hot sauce.
I will give it another try. Obviously I ordered the wrong things for my taste-buds. I will build my sandwich next time. I wish they had sugar in the raw as a sweetener. I will bring my to review the gluten free bread and matcha. The sweets looked good, but I was just trying to get my protein in and that didn’t happen.

I had been here once before whilst getting my brakes serviced at a local mechanic shop. I had wanted to go for a while because Tumblesalts is a place that really sparks the interest of any passers-by. It has the feel of a place in the White Mountains that caters to travelers because of its vibe and look.
And vibe it has! My second visit was with someone special, and we arrived just as a guitarist was finishing their brunch performance. The ambient music was a wonderful addition, giving customers the addition of hearing beautiful music, while addressing the first sensation of taste.
Menu choices were ample, and gluten-free options were available. I chose the burger with a gluten-free bun, and the thick cut french fries gives an almost meaty feel to the carbs. The burger was cooked to a medium, which was exactly what I asked for, and the salad that was a part of our order was done right.
I have yet to explore the entire compound of Tumblesalts. It seems as if part of the building is yet to be open, though it is separated by a street. Parking was available around the restaurant, and it appears to have handicapped accessible parking and ramps around the area.
When visiting the area, do a post-meal stroll around Centredale, the village center that upon where Tumblesalts borders. It is a great way to satiate some curiosity about Rhode Island and settle the digestion. Centredale sits at a moderately busy intersection of Mineral Springs Avenue, Smith Street, and the northwestern end of Providence. There you'll notice a place where the urban/suburban dynamics are playing off one another. In a way, Tumblesalts is a representation of the Centredale spirit, as each room and architectural element is carefully thought out and designed, each space is different, but somehow, it all works together.
