We just had our Xmas office party here. Being celiac I was 100% worried even though they have gluten sensitive things on the menu . But let me tell you this place takes your worries and puts them to rest 💟 thank you light house for being amazing in the celiac community. My husband and I will be back. Ps the food was AMAZING !!!

Sweet Home on the Lake has perfected the Sylvan Lake experience and was exactly what had always been lacking in this town! Scrumptious panini sandwiches (really yummy gluten-free bread available); we get addicted to the turkey with pesto & sundried tomato and they don’t skimp on the cheese which is rare. Loved the GF cupcakes and wish there was more GF baking available; excellent coffee; cozy outdoor seating w heat lamps that the workers sometimes don’t want to start up for you, but other times they do; great shopping here too. Sweet Home is always the #1 highlight of our stay in Sylvan Lake.
A casual spot that’s well-loved and could benefit from expanding its unique options for those with specific dietary needs.

#IMPRESSED——My hopefully to be wife and I came here for the Sunday brunch Buffett after a uptempo week in LOS ANGELES. I was blown away with the quality of the food and the nutritional balance that was offered. The waitress Dorothy was so polite and genuine she really helped our Sunday morning start off fabulous.. the meal would have been perfect if there were gluten free options …… GREAT SPOT

This place is AMAZING!! I've lived here many many years and only just tried os for the first time about a week ago but since then I've been addicted!!! Having a son with celiac disease I also love how a majority of their menu is GF I plan on getting him to try it and hope he loves it too because the only thing he can get a most places is fries, if that.
