Finally stopped by for dinner and WOW what nice atmosphere. The interior was more upscale than I was expecting, and the service was very quick and friendly. The manager (I assume) was checking up on everyone and things were running smoothly. As for the food, I found it really yummy! There are quite a few gluten-free options, with various delicious sauces. I tried the Chicken Lettuce Wraps as well as the Pad Thai (the gluten-free versions) and found them very flavourful! I’ve had the Chicken Fried Rice previously, which I found less flavourful. Overall, I had a really nice time here and I will be back!

Went here for lunch on a holiday Monday and loved that we could order off the brunch menu. Our server Ashley was great and was knowledgeable about gluten-free celiac-friendly options for my husband. Lively atmosphere and the food was hot and fresh and delicious.

I have a gluten intolerance and ordered the penne primavera with gluten free fussili instead of penne. I spoke with the manager over the phone to ensure they were aware of my allergy. My fiancé picked up the order and again confirmed that it was made with gluten free pasta. When he got home and we opened up the package I saw it was made with regular penne which is not gluten free. I called and spoke to the manager and she confirmed that the order was entered in correctly, the kitchen just didn’t read it. This is extremely irresponsible as allergies need to be taken seriously. I’ve ordered from here before so I know what their gluten free pasta looks like but someone else may have just assumed it was gluten free and eaten it. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the manager did send out a new order, but they put my health at risk by sending me food I informed them I’m allergic to. I think I should have been offered something, like a gift card, to make up for the irresponsibility of sending me food I’m allergic to and the inconvenience of having to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food. I understand it was Mother’s Day and they may have been busy but there is no excuse for make errors when it comes to allergies. I don’t think I’ll be back.

My waiter was Riley P. She was very helpful regarding my mother's Gluten allergy. She helped us locate the gluten free options and she even asked the cook to use more caution for us. This is a rare experience for our family and we are certainly returning! The food was great and the service was impeccable. This restaurant chooses their waiters very well.

Super solid Indian, went here because they have a lot of great gluten free and vegan options. We had the chicken fried rice with a paneer korma I can’t pronounce and it was delicious. So many things on the menu that’s looked great, I’d definitely like to come back.

I’m not a fan of eating at a mall but if I do then Chachi’s will be in my top two of where to eat. I had the Brie and cranberry sandwich and it was truly AMAZING!!! Gluten free bread was super yummy 😋 Great job, I’ll be back for sure.

We had great service from Kat, who was just into her first week of work! I had questions about gluten free options, and she asked her manager for clarification before answering me. My gf Veggie pizza was great. My partner’s lasagna was huge and mostly good. There were some sporadic cold spots so we gave the food 4 stars.
