I was looking for vegan food when I first arrived in Winnipeg and the person at the information desk at the airport recommended the Green & Grain. It's a small restaurant, located in a strip mall, that specializes in smoothies, wraps and salads. The person running it was very helpful in making me a customized salad with falafel that met my dietary needs for vegan and gluten-free. Best of all the salad was delicious! My husband also enjoyed his chicken veggie wrap. We enjoyed a pleasant conversation with our kind server about Winnipeg and life in general. It was a great experience!

Amazing staff and store, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Huge variety of british foods as well as snacks. Bought glutenfree potato crisps in four varieties, as well as g.f. mix for stuffing balls and delicious g.f. cookies. I stop in frequently.

My staff enjoyed the pizza and delivery was on time. I found a little difficulty ordering and not being able to pay over the phone. Also I appreciated the $28 three medium pizzas however I was curious as to why two small gluten-free pizzas with vegetables was $35. Overall quite happy!😊
