We went for our son's fifth birthday. This was also our first special occasion out to a restaurant since both my son and I received Celiac diagnosis. I called ahead and asked about cross contamination in the kitchen. The person on the phone was super helpful and honest. She explained that they could not guarantee no cross contamination but if let the server know that we are ordering Gluten Wise due to Celiac disease then the kitchen staff treats it like an allergy and prepare the food very carefully. Our son had been asking to go to a restaurant and have pasta for his birthday for over a week so we decided to try it.
The staff was amazing when we got there. Our server walked us through the Gluten Wise menu and explained why some items could not be prepared gf. They even brought out a gluten free cake (that I had provided) and 5 or 6 staff sang a birthday song for our little guy. It was his first time having this experience it was so exciting for him.
I purposely waited a few days before writing this review to see if either of us had any reaction. The restaurant did a great job of keeping us safe. Can't wait to go back. Thank you for an amazing experience.

I have been searching for a pizza restaurant that can accommodate my family's dietary needs; I have a gluten allergy, and my daughter requires a lactose-free diet. It has proven challenging to find a single restaurant that offers delicious pizza suitable for everyone in our family.
Iron Forge, your establishment has been a delightful success for us! We have placed two orders with you, and on both occasions, the pizza was exceptional. The gluten-free crust was delicious, and we appreciate the wide variety of pizzas you offer. While the pepperoni is not gluten-free, this does not personally affect me, although it might be a concern for other customers.
Customer service was excellent, particularly in person; the staff member answered all my questions and addressed my concerns thoroughly.

Despite the power outage today they still had their kitchen open. The server provided candles and it was a great atmosphere. A small dining room made it seem like almost a private meal. Great authentic Mexican cuisine and excellent prices. Even had gluten free options. Would come back!

I adore this place; however, I don't visit as frequently as I would like due to the prices. They do offer gluten-free and lactose-free options, and their food is incredibly delicious. The customer service is also superb; they always greet you warmly upon arrival and are always ready to assist.
