We used to come here all the time - and it was great. Then last year we went and I noticed the gluten free pizza did not taste the same as it had. Took a break from Caro, then decided to give it another go, and it is disgusting. The gluten free dough *was* the best in the city (I’ve been gluten free for 10 years and tried many places), and it appears they changed the dough. Not sure why they would change it because the last 2 times it has been horrible. Couldn’t even finish a slice. Very disappointing! Will not be returning, and I no longer will be recommending Caro as a gluten free option

We have eaten weekend breakfast here on many occasions. The gluten free waffles are the best I've ever tasted. The coffee is great. The service is friendly. The seating is tight but worth the wait on a busy day.

First time here this afternoon and had a fantastic experience! Staff were so lovely and the food was DELICIOUS! Can't go wrong with a poke bowl, but this was one of the best I've ever had, plus the lime and coconut pudding was an excellent treat afterward. EVERYTHING is gluten free which earns extra points for me and my celiac partner. Next time I'm in Hamilton, will 100% be stopping by!
Minus one star for atmosphere because the music, while great, was a little too loud for me who is sensitive to noise.

I would give this place a million stars if I could. Incredibly kind and friendly staff. Food was excellent AND so gluten free friendly. Being celiac usually means I have to skip home fries and toast but not here! We had egg, bacon, toast, home fries and the breakfast BLT made gluten free. Highly recommend. If I’m ever back in Hamilton I will be going here!
My Fiancee and I tried this place for the first time, and I have no idea how I didn't know about this place before. Their food is the epitome of comfort food.
I had their specialty, the Original Vegan Pizza Pocket, and if you can't already tell by the picture it was the size of my hand stretched out and as heavy as a loaf of gluten-free bread. Absolutely stuffed with cheese and pepperoni, the crust is flaky and absolutely divine.
They have some gluten-free things on their menu, including deserts and some tasty salads, but if GF isn't something you need they have an extensive menu for any vegan to be excited about.
I'll be dreaming about having this pizza pocket again, I will absolutely go back to get another!
Food is scrumptious, eggs were perfect, generous amount of bacon, and they even had gluten free toast. The service was outstanding and attentive. Bonus- very affordable. Lots of parking.
Clean - so close to home and one of the only places we can get gluten free chicken for my daughter. You do tend to wait as they cook it fresh but it certainly beats the restaurant next door ;)
Had a fantastic time eating there last night. Great food and service, as well as very reasonably priced. They were able to handle my wifes gluten allergy with out a problem. It was a pleasure meeting Victor, we will be back again soon.
