This was my first time to your restaurant, believe me it won’t be the last! You looked after my dietary needs, being celiac, it is stressful when I have to go out and be so careful. You went out of your way to bring me gluten free crackers, when the bruschetta looked so delicious, aswell you brought me mango sorbet, when I couldn’t have birthday cake. I won’t forget the extra mile you went to for me., and I look forward to my next trip to La Grotta. Bravo!

Great burgers! Have not been to a Hero certified burger in a few years and its just as good as I remember. I had the gluten free bun and it was surprisingly good. Staff was nice, a lil slow but you can't rush quality.

I went today to try the Stationmaster Pizza and also ordered a gluten free pizza for my aunt. Both pizza tastes great and crust is perfect. We also ordered the combo special with chicken parmigiana and Greek salad. Service and staff are amazing. I will try the pasta next time I’ll come for a visit.

Same feedback from Tenon location downtown. They have a really extended menu, so many V, VG option (wish they had more gluten free options though). Overall food is good, I’ll probably be back to try more.

I had such a pleasant experience here earlier tonight. My sister and I stopped by for dinner and we were so satisfied with everything! The lady at the front counter was amazing! So genuine and cheerful, you can tell she enjoys her job and enjoys interacting with people. I love that they have a separate gluten free menu, which made it so quick and easy to decide what to order. I did the build your own burger combo. I tried the gluten free bun and poutine as a side and OMG honestly the best gluten free burger and poutine I’ve had in a long time! It was so tasty and fresh! I’ve never had a fried egg on my burger before but I’m so happy I tried it I loved it!! The bun was delicious and held together really well. They’re really generous with the burger toppings, the sauces were spilling out and messy but in a good way haha. Also generous with the poutine gravy and cheese, every fry was coated I didn’t have to mix the poutine at all!! So nice to be able to enjoy a poutine with gluten free gravy, I can’t get that from many places. Amazing quality and worth the price. It was also a very short wait time, maybe 5 minutes. I truly enjoyed my entire experience, I’m so happy with all my choices and I’ll for sure be back the next time I’m in Markham, thank you!! :-)

Second time here by to celebrate a family member’s birthday. Was as good or even better than first time and the first time was excellent!!! Liam our waiter ( both times) made our lunch fabulous. He gave us all recommendations and helped order for the table of 6 plus ensured one guest who is celiac, could enjoy all her food too as well kept the ‘heat’ to a minimum for our tastebuds. Food is excellent here, plentiful and so flavourful however Liam our waiter made all the difference.

Very good breakfast and great service. HOWEVER, the reason we cannot give it 5 star is you need to be careful if you have allergies. We went this weekend and specified our son was celiac and therefore allergic to gluten. We were told they had gluten-free BUT ends up it wasn't. He had and cheese and bacon omelet so it could be anything else. As usual with gluten, after an hour or so, our son ended up being sick for almost the rest of the day and missed part of his Teakwondo tournament of the weekend.

All the food was great, except I wouldn’t recommend the chicken wings as they had fatty bits. Server was extremely nice and accommodating. GF - there are gluten free options, like substituting for gf pasta or buns but very few items can be adjusted to be safe. The waiters also don’t have a strong understanding of gluten which meant more trips to the kitchen to check.

While we appreciated the gluten-free and kids' pasta options, the service felt rushed and less attentive, as though having kids at the table meant we weren't taken as seriously. A bit disappointing on that front.

Took my friend here for a bday lunch. It's a cute small restaurant with 4 tables of 4. The decor makes you feel like you are in Columbia. Met the owners and they are very friendly. We ate the Toston pulled pork and beef (we shared). Love the flatten plantain under and the meat, especially the fact that it's gluten free! You eat it like a taco.

Delicious and they got every detail in a group order right, great variety and excellent turnaround time for even our large order. The only slight drawback was the sushi we had ordered got grouped together and for the gluten sensitive it became a little tricky when certain rolls were placed in the same container with the dressing/topping running over other pieces. Will specify next time to keep it separate, otherwise everything else was great.

Delicious, delicious, delicious! Every dish I've tried from this establishment has knocked it out of the park. Dishes are piping hot and oozing with flavour and sauce, the meat portions are beyond generous, and the service is exactly what you need. my partner suffers from dietary restrictions (gluten) and both the owner and head cook worked with me to make sure nothing I ordered would be cross-contaminated and even offered to change recipes on the fly to accommodate our needs. We've been back several times and will continue to do so as long as this spot is around! Visit and order with the utmost confidence!

Just happened to pull off the road into a plaza where 6ix Burgers was and decided to give it a try. Best decision I could have made! The burgers are absolutely delicious and the staff are phenomenal. My brother is gluten free and loved his burger with gf bun equally. Would highly recommend 6ix Burgers and will definitely be back.

Our family of 12 including 6 kids ranging from 8 years old to 14 years)accompanied us for our anniversary dinner. (50nyears) The food was delicious. But what was really outstanding was our fantastic professional waiter . He is 62 years old but he had the energy of youth half his age. He was attentive, personable, patient and went the extra the mile when serving two of our grandkids who are celiacs (gluten free and no cross contamination allowed ) He made our experience exceptional.

We had our daughter's engagement party at Carmelina's and it was spectacular! Exquisite food, warm elegant atmosphere, and a friendly and helpful staff. The price was surprisingly affordable and they accommodated our special needs like gluten-free pasta and quickly dealt with any last minute requests. Both families were very impressed. Even the groom's grandfather, a man of very particular tastes, told me it was a 10 out of 10 and held his own birthday party there a few weeks later. Whether it was for an intimate supper, a grand party, or just a really good meal (try the veal - the best I've ever tasted!) I would recommend Carmelina's to anyone! Many thanks to the staff for making my daughter's engagement a complete success!!!!

This store has a pretty good variety of food,from gluten free to halal. If you want Latin American products, they also have some of those. I found tortilla and Arepa flour. My only complaint would be that they could have a larger spice section.

We have breakfast here 3-4 times a month on weekends, and continued after the recent change in ownership and brand. I often get an omelet (lots of choices) with home fries, which are done with onions and green peppers and some spices, which is an improvement over the usual bland ones must places serve. (When they first opened, they were spicier -which I liked- but it seems to have been toned down more recently. So less spicy, but still flavoruful.) My kid loves their giant Belgian waffle. The menu is similar to the old one but there is a bit more variety, especially in regards to the specials, which I've been happy with whenever I've ordered. Coffee refills are included. Their lunch sandwich special comes with a salad but you can substitute with a soup, which I like to do in winter. Portions are generous and I can rarely finish. They offer gluten-free bread options if you ask. Service is polite and pleasant.

This place is amazing because of its huge selection and service. They accommodated all our dishes to be gluten free despite them not being indicated on the menu. The spring rolls are our favorite and so is the fried rice. We make the 1 hour trek just to eat at this establishment. Definitely worth it.

Three fresh oil gluten, the oil gluten is filled with the freshness of winter bamboo shoots, super delicious and delicious. Green tea grilled chicken with crispy skin and juicy chicken. There are also dishes such as boiled dry shredded pork belly, sea bass and pork belly chicken, which are all our Jiangnan flavors. The temptation of bread is even more favorite among children! All in all, the taste is still very authentic Hangzhou cuisine, which is very satisfying to our hearts.

My first time ever at Folco's and we were excited for a date night out. We started with the grilled calamari which was quite tasty. We wanted to experience their fall specials that were sent out prior via email, so for our second course we tried the squash apple soup and it was amazing. For dinner my girlfriend had the rack of lamb with mushroom ravioli which she raved about. I had the veal tenderloin with the roasted tomatoes and pesto pasta, this dish was where I felt the overall experience and dinner fell short. The Good: first off the veal tenderloin was exquisite with a salty crust and it was beyond tender, tasty and overall amazing. The Bad: the pasta was the issue. In an Italian restaurant you expect great pasta. Well this dish was anything but great. The sauce was watery, lacked flavour and even extra parmesan and pepper did not help. I pushed it aside and focused on the amazing veal tenderloin. When our waitress finally checked in on our meals I conveyed my love of the veal and displeasure with the pasta. Her immediate response was, would you like some salt, or more cheese for flavour. I said no that is not going to fix the issue. It made me wonder if the chef tasted the sauce before serving. She did say she would mention it to the chef. The waitress came back and said she discussed the issue with the chef and it was suggested that it wasn't an issue with the sauce it was the pasta. Well i am celiac so i asked for their GLUTEN FREE pasta, trust me i have eaten enough Gluten free pasta, it was not the pasta at all. I just felt like the issue could have been dealt with better. When the specials aren't given a price and you pay $49 for a veal tenderloin and sub par pasta, perhaps suggest another side while I am still enjoying the veal. In the end my GF enjoyed her dinner and I left a wee bit hungry. Overall the company was amazing, the wine was great!

A family run small dessert restaurant. Despite the half renovated interior, food was good. I had taiwanese style popcorn chicken, sweet gluten balls and mango dessert. Will visit again to try more sweets.
