Zanca is really great, lots of great options and most are gluten free as they use corn tortillas for most dishes. I really enjoyed the food here and the atmosphere was fun!

This restaurant is so careful about gluten free, it’s become my go-to dine out choice in Midland. Good food, good value for money, great customer service and again, so careful about cross contamination I’ve never had an issue, just make sure you let them know.

Really enjoyed Lily’s. The food was fantastic and I appreciated the availability of gluten free pasta. And it was cooked very well which is not always the case! The beet salad was delicious and large! So good! Our server was great and personable. Really great night out with friends.

Great local place…lots of variety and selection. I’m always looking for gluten free stuff and they didn’t seem to have any. Smoothies were good. Love that they roast their own coffee. Lots of local products too. I was a bit put off by the one hour time limit posted on the tables. At a coffee shop? Really? Never would have made it through university if that was the case where I went!

Fantastic food, friendly service and great atmosphere. I had the vegan Asian stir fry and it was amazing. They also have a vegan, gluten free chocolate cake that was very enjoyable. We will definitely be back :)

We were looking for a small, local diner-style restaurant to support, and this exceeded our expectations in terms of food quality. Lorie is a one-woman show who obviously loves what she does. Huge portions! Homemade flavours. Even kindly catered to my request for a bunless burger my making me a lettuce-wrapped version (gluten-free). Great find on our travels.
