Gluten free poutine! Classic poutine was very good. A nice treat for those of us who rarely get a dedicated fryer and gf gravy. The servings are a bit small and had I known, I probably would have splurged for double cheese.
Charming spot with a cozy vibe, featuring delicious vegan waffles and a variety of flavored lattes that keep everyone coming back for more!

Great little spot with yummy gf waffles. Had the waffle sandwich and it was delicious. The place was packed and service was quick and friendly. I was able to have a nice gluten free breakfast and no issues with my food sensitivities.

Charming restaurant with a nice patio in Pedestrian Village. The menu doesn't mention gluten-free options but they do offer a gluten-free, buckwheat crepe batter and I didn't experience any issues with cross contamination. Our waiter wasn't knowledgeable about dietary restrictions or how the food was prepared, but was very friendly and attentive. The sauces weren't gluten free and my crepe was a little dry without the sauce, but overall I enjoyed this place.
Cozy and welcoming, this spot serves up delightful options and a warm vibe, making it perfect for a relaxing break.

Had a lovely lunch here yesterday- late February - such a cozy spot with warm ambience; as much created by the space as by the staff with ever ready smiles and friendly demeanour. Tomato soup was just perfect with a superb salad. I purchased a gluten free croissant and I was thrilled beyond measure to find it actually taste and feel just like a regular croissant!! That’s a first for me. My husband got a no sugar added treat with dates and raisins and thoroughly enjoyed it too. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough! Thank you for a great experience!

Unfortunately we had a second not so great experience. We were 9. 4 of us gluten free. Cold pizza. Undercooked pizza. Hard pasta. Last time we came it was bad. This time worse. Not sure what you need to do to make a better experience. 2 glasses of wine were bad. (Obvious vinegar) 1st glass and 3rd. I would bet you tried again to see if we would notice. Guess what we did. Calling my wife out saying it was same bottle as the second glass…. Buddy you ain’t married are you. You can’t try that stuff. Grandpa stood up for us and probably would of ate his cold pasta. You honestly ruined our tremblant experience and they should probably revoke your license as your mismanagement or poor service would probably ruin repeat business on the hill. Do better. Be better. Don’t serve undercooked food and wine that has been open for months. Perhaps figure out a way to make better pasta for $40 a plate. We’re quite frustrated. Out table of 9 with 3 kids spent close to $900 and the above is what we have to show for it. Perhaps chose a different spot for dinner. Buyer beware. See my other reviews to see my balanced opinion.
A cozy spot popular for breakfast with a lively vibe, where the coffee outshines hotel options and tables turn over smoothly.

We have celiac disease, and while they don't have many gluten free options, their breakfast is safe! They have gluten free bread, their potatoes and sausages are gluten free.
The staff is amazing. Very French but they do understand and speak English. We love coming here!
Their other menu items are delicious as well. We've been coming here on vacation for years and have never had complaints!
Sitting at the bar, you’ll enjoy top-notch sushi while soaking in the stunning architecture and personalized chef insights.

First time sushi eater! Celiac and shellfish allergy and they were extremely accommodating and helped explain everything we could eat. Unreal, fish was of the utmost quality.

A wonderful cafe and "provisions" store. We had excellent coffee (a mocachino with a little mint and oat milk and a latte) as well as a dairy free croissant (very good, but I wish I could have the one with butter) and a gluten free muffin (also very good). The service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return.

Great buffet breakfast, very complete, the kids love it. The establishment is beautiful and the staff friendly.
The yoghurt topping is superb, the granola is really good and above all their gluten-free browni is simply pure killer... never had a browni so good.
The salmon is good and boy to boy my daughter loves their ham, I find it like the others but my daughter supports it every time we go... it's the best ham in the world... ok
... even when we went to the Fairmont Richelieu she told us that the ham was not the same and we were disappointed... in short, my kids' worries are not the ones I had at their age...
Any case ! Go for brunch, it’s a great place!

Went twice this trip to Tremblant. Reasonably accommodating for Gluten Free. Had a burger (no bun) with a Caesar salad, was very good. Second trip for the nachos with ground beef added. Was also very good. Staff is friendly and fast. Even when it's busy we didn't wait for a table or overly long for food.
I am gluten intolerant. Breakfast potatoes are breaded so not GF. I was given extra fruit to compensate. I asked for GF toast (ok to toast in regular toaster since I am not celiac) and asked that bread be fully toasted. Sadly, toast were cold and barely toasted. I commented and left the bread in my plate but was still charged 1.50. Disappointing. The rest of my party’s food was good. Food and coffee need to be hotter.

My favorite market at a good price, some gluten-free products ☺
On the other hand, eco-friendly question I don't understand their concept, I can't wait for them to take a more eco-friendly turn
Great DJ. 90s Rap & Hip Hop bangers. Unreal chicken salad (i am celiac). Great door staff and servers. Good setup in a beautiful area of Tremblant with all of the lights and village. Will be back!

I was really expecting alot from this restaurant. We had asked our server about Gluten Free options and either the server did not understand us or he just was not informed enough about the menu. My gf is seriously gluten sensitive. We asked if the escargot could be made gluten free he also stated yes even though it came with a flaky pastry in the bowl with the sauce. After this happened she decided to order the beef cheek which came with a salad. He brought it with a caesar salad croutons and all even though we had stated that she is gluten free. This leads to the $27 hamburger i ordered which looked exactly similar to a Costco like beef patty on a cheap bun and frozen French fries. Seriously not impressed. If you're charging $27 for a hamburger and fries.. Fresh daily should be the standard. Please do better.

Honestly this place was incredible, the food was amazing and unique, the service was great and the place was very quaint. We had dinner for a birthday and it was above our expectations. Truly a must for locals and visitors alike. A memorable dinning experience, we will be back! Thank you Lo Cal for an amazing evening
(They also had a lot of gluten free options!! I could eat most things off the menu which was another awesome factor)

💕👍🏻😋👍🏻💕 Delicious!
Thrilled to find a gluten / dairy free option like this with an abundance of whole food options, both home-made and prepackaged! I'm happy to pay the price ... This is real food NOT junk food fillers.
Loved the home-made chocolate chip oat cookies and the Octane 2000 smoothie kept us going! Love that they're doing their best to be eco-friendly too! Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

As I local, I am in love with this unique and special restaurant to share with friends and family visiting Tremblant. Normally I prepare the food for guests as a descent cook but I cannot possibly create what Central does and this is what makes it so special. You will feel like you are transported to Barcelona and adore the chef who goes table to table checking in with guests and sharing his passion and love of each of his creations. Every tapas dish is made with loving care and attention to detail visually and gastronomically. You will want to take photos of every dish! The menu is so varied it also suits all the requests in my family as well for gluten free, pescatarian and vegetarian options.
Experience a hidden gem known for its outstanding dishes and top-notch service that will leave you wanting more.

This is by far the best place in the villiage. We found this place our last day there. I am a foodie. The escargot dish is one of the best things I have ever eaten. In fact it was so good I had a second one after my main meal. The beef short rib was amazing. The service was incredible and our server was very accommodating as we required gluten free and he had the chef make my dishes gluten free. If your in the villageand you want great food go there. They will not disappoint.
