Order placed for the first time. Shipped and received quickly. Everything was perfect and well packaged. Regarding the taste... I finally found croissants, pain au chocolat and brioches which are delicious without gluten. Wow, it’s been a long time. Pleasant place. Pancakes: honey and squeezed lemon. For me and chestnut whipped cream for my darling. Accompanied by long coffee. Toilet available. Gluten-free sweet pancakes (rice flour). We will come back for savory crepes one evening. I highly recommend.

Excellent pizzas, dynamic and exceptionally friendly staff. The gluten-free pizza is a great success. Thank you for thinking about all the diets! A note: the pine nuts of the Siciliana pizza deserve to be roasted for more taste.

Many reviews have already mentioned the gluten-free pizza, and I think if you're here and want to eat gluten-free, you've also seen the photos of the pizza. But I think if you haven't seen the photos you could be disappointed, the pizza actually has more in common with a tarte flambée and tastes very little like a "real" pizza. It was pretty crumbly, which is what we know from gluten-free products. I only had a Margherita with olives, as there was a lot of meat and there was no pizza spinaci. And just having the cheese and olives on it was pretty boring, and halfway through it didn't taste as good anymore because I actually didn't like the cheese that much. Also there is no Coca Cola, only Pepsi :) Owner speaks good English! In the video you can see the normal pizza at the front and the one without gluten at the back.

A unique place in Carcassone to enjoy a wide variety of delicious gluten-free sweet and savory gallettes. Very close to Gambetta Square, the restaurant is small but very cozy and the staff is friendly and understands Spanish, so there are no problems asking for any clarification about ingredients and allergens. The prices are affordable and the gallettes are generous. Given the size of the premises and the influx of people, it is advisable to make a reservation, and also be careful with the service hours. Highly recommended.
