I’m always extremely happy to find restaurants like this one that offer a wide range of gluten-free options. The food was tasty, and the staff was friendly. However, we had to wait more than half an hour for the pizza. In addition, my husband’s pizza was brought out quite a bit before mine. The gluten-free strudel was good, but the regular one left my husband unimpressed.

I was looking for a place that served gluten-free dishes in Trento and I was immediately attracted by the unconventional name "Uva & Menta". My husband and I, even without a reservation, were seated and served almost immediately. Splendid and smiling welcome from all the staff. The owner is a person who puts his heart into what he does. Our pizzas arrived almost immediately and.... SUPREME DELIGHT. Excellent quality ingredients and undoubtedly the best gluten-free pizza my husband has ever eaten (a very stuffed calzone). Even my crock, with regular flour, was an explosion of flavor. Wide choice of craft beers, including gluten-free ones. The place has a young and colorful soul all its own, cheerful, with music as the background of the evening. We felt really pampered. Nice atmosphere! We will definitely return even if we are from Bolzano. It's worth the trip to sample other specialties. Congratulations indeed.

A very nice place people who cant eat gluten. The waiters knows about celiacy and knew what you can eat and what you can’t. But one very important thing is, that the pizza is not celiac friendly because they bake it in the same oven. The waiter directly told me, that it is not safe for me so I got pasta.

Unfortunately, we were only passing through, but the Drumlerhof completely delighted us. Particularly noteworthy is the warm and attentive staff, who make you feel welcome from the very first moment. The entire hotel structure is thoughtfully and lovingly designed, everything spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The absolute highlight: the food! For people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance, this hotel is a true paradise – rarely have you eaten so safely and yet so deliciously. Fantastic place in perfect South Tyrol style, excellent dinner with numerous gluten-free options. I had the shank with sauerkraut and potatoes, it melted in your mouth. Our friends the risotto, really good. And finally, gluten-free coffee and semifreddo and souvenir grappa, so called because you can take the glass home 🙂

Nice place to eat a lot and well, the portions are really generous. We had a really good and light gluten-free pizza, then risotto and second course, all very good. There are also some gluten free desserts. The only flaw is the service is a little slow.

We've just spent 6 carefree and relaxing days. It was so good not having to worry about gluten-free food and contamination! Special requests (vegetarian) were also accommodated. The evening menu was always a feast for the eyes! There's truly a lot of love in it! The packed lunches were delicious and perfect for hiking! Very nice rooms and super comfortable beds. There's only one "complaint" ;): since the (super-awesome) guided e-mountain bike tour, our son has been talking about full suspension bikes only and now absolutely wants one of those ;), or rather, only vacations in the mountains with a mountain bike! But now we know where we can have such a vacation! Thank you for the wonderful time! A hotel with charm and warmth!

We ordered 10 takeaway pizzas, they were excellent, even the gluten-free and lactose-free ones, fair prices and kind and helpful staff. We asked to cut them once we arrived to collect them and it was kindly done. Recommended!

I tried the Arepa Crunch Milanese at the La Reina food truck and it was a pleasant surprise. Crispy, tasty and gluten-free, with a really well-made Milanese cutlet and fresh ingredients. The mix between Italian and Venezuelan flavors works great. The owner was very kind and the atmosphere was super welcoming. I will definitely be back!

I recommend trying the typical dishes from this region. I had the gluten-free knödeltris, eggs with bacon and potatoes (a traditional dish from this region), and the semifreddo (because it’s gluten-free; my husband had the Apfelstrudel). Everything was tasty, and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant is clearly quite popular – on a beautiful summer Saturday evening, the terrace outside was full, and many people were seated inside as well.

Let's start from the fact that I have celiac disease and this place shouldn't be very suitable for me, but leaving this aside they behaved very well. They informed me about the possible contaminations that could have occurred given that the kitchen is single but that they would however have used care and attention to respect my problem. No sooner said than done!! They fully respected everything they told me on the phone, I was treated really well, from the entrance, to the waiters and pampered by the dishes they had. I have never eaten as well as in this place, I think I will return to Trento soon to be able to taste their products, excellent in every way and truly compliments. My story ends that I didn't feel bad, I think I didn't have any contamination, this is evidence of how perfect they were. Thank you

Midweek there are options at midday to save workers money, it gets crowded around 1pm. All really excellent with intuitive menus compared to vegetarian/gluten-free/spicy. It is designed for every diet without eye-popping prices. I recommend parking in Monte Baldo with a two-hour parking disc and going on foot, it's really just a few minutes inside the tree park. Unfortunately very small bathrooms
