Oh my god those were the best gluten free treats I've ever had. That brownie was so light and yummy and the cookies were so good too. The lemon bar was very fresh! And the woman at the counter was so sweet and nice and helped us out. Overall amazing experience, I can't wait to go back and order other treats!

For the non gluten / non dairy lifestyle CBO is the Best natural food Restaurant In the PNW, the food here is amazing, the desserts are delicious. Cheese cake is life changing for those of us that have had to go without, (I have even shared it with chef's that make standard cheesecakes and THEY think it is fantastic) EVERYTHING is good here and that is hard to find. Easy on the wallet, homemade, natural. This family has created a menu that is a dream ❤️ I get teased for buying so many desserts at one time and it is a title I am proud to hold #PNWfood #sandpoint

I’m in town for work and found this by looking for a healthy take out option. The juices and smoothies are incredible, and you watch them make it from fresh fruit and vegetables right in front of you. I wish I lived here because I’m in love! It was also a plus that it’s a gluten free cafe, I love allergy friendly places for friends who have them. 10/10 recommend !

Our first time visiting Red Fort in Meridian and everything was fantastic. The service was thorough and quick. Our server took time to explain the dishes to us and offered plenty of insight to our questions. We have a gluten allergy and they were very knowledgeable and accommodating, all of their entrees are naturally gluten free! Major plus!! We had the Lassi which was so refreshing, definitely a must! The chicken dishes were delicious. We did one mild and one medium. It was a good amount of spice. We wanted so badly to have room for dessert, we’ll have to get it next time!

We love coming here. Have gluten free buns and my favorite is the blackened salmon on salad. Servers are normally great. Sunset is great, but during the day all year, the sun hits you in the face and no relief until it sets.. they need shades. But nice place to go. (A little loud if it’s busy and you want to hear to talk.)

I’m not one for reviews but this has to be said. I used to work at Red Robin many years ago and I know that there are serious protocol with dealing with food allergies, which is why it has been a safe place for me with celiac disease. I ordered my usual cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap with gluten free fries (different frier due to chicken in the other). I always specify with them when I order. I received my order with regular fries as they never season the gluten free ones. I cut into my burger and realized I got the regular fries and due to cross contamination I asked the server to remake everything and she looked at me like I was stupid. The manager brought out the new order within about 4 minutes. I got the correct fries but they slapped the same contaminated burger on new lettuce and counted it as okay. I ended up having to call the manager back and address the issue and he lied to my face and said they didn’t. He ended up comping our meal which I appreciate but I left hungry due to not even being able to eat food in what I thought was a safe restaurant. The manager proceeded to say sorry and gave me a coupon for a free milkshake that I can’t even eat. What a slap in the face. *I am aware that there’s always a chance to be taken with allergies but it’s the least I can ask for honesty*

My husband and I ordered two mushrooms burgers one gluten free and the other regular the young lady came up with our food in two separate bags as she explained she didn't want to cross Contaminate our food and for us to double check our food to make sure everything was correct i did not get an email or text to write a review about this amazing lady she is kind of short had a really tall black bun. We just want to say thank you for caring and the laughs we will definitely be coming back here

We had an event for Knights of Columbus family dinner here, at the banquet room. For my husband and Init was our first time at this restaurant. We don’t eat out often due to allergies…. This visit was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the exceptional service and hospitality of our servers, Laurie and Karra (so sorry if I got the names wrong!) From the moment we were seated, they went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience, especially for my husband who has celiac disease and other allergies. Often, dining out with dietary restrictions can be stressful, with limited options and the worry of cross-contamination so that’s why many times my husband makes a decision to not to eat at all and tonight was going to be that case as well. However, Laurie immediately put our minds at ease, assuring us that the chefs would take special care in preparing a safe and delicious meal for my husband. While the rest of us enjoyed our salads, they even brought him celery and olives to snack on – a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. The chefs crafted a wonderful off-menu dish for my husband, allowing him to fully participate in the dining experience. It's not often that he gets to enjoy a meal out with confidence and peace of mind. Laurie and Karra’s attentiveness and genuine care made him feel special and included, turning what could have been an isolating experience into a truly enjoyable one. Beyond the outstanding service, the food itself was amazing. My steak was cooked to perfection – a beautiful pink center with a flavorful sear. This dining experience was a testament to the dedication and teamwork of the entire staff. From our beautiful and wonderful servers, Laurie and Karra, to the talented chefs and the owner who has cultivated such a positive and accommodating environment, thank you!! 🙏🏻 You have turned a simple meal into a cherished memory. Bona fide biopsied celiac here. You can get the french fries, because they have a dedicated fryer for gluten-free french fry experience! They are very good about communicating your needs with the kitchen. Definitely a place to relax, place your order & enjoy!

The food tasted like food (and that's my highest compliment). I had the Devil's Eggs, which were exactly the right level of mustardy, and the seasonal salad, which was actually seasonal. Use the QR code to see the menu. The cocktail menu is great. I had the daily Old Fashioned, and for desert I asked for something similar with mezcal. The bartender made me a delicious Oaxacan Old Fashioned. I was told by staff that the menu is entirely gluten free: "The only gluten would be in a beer, if you ordered one. There's no gluten in the kitchen."
