As someone with Celiac Disease, eating out is VERY limited! I am grateful for Grill Marks. Been to Greenville and Columbia multiple times over the past decade. I have never had an issue with gluten cross-contamination here! I appreciate the fries, etc are also dedicated gluten free. My burger is always cooked as ordered. For the price, the value of food quality and service level are completely on par. I will continue to return and if I have a singular experience below the norm, I will still give them another shot!

My husband and I had lunch here for the first time today and definitely will be back. Our server was phenomenal, I wish we got her name (long redish hair with bangs and glasses) she happily answered our 100s of questions. I'm, unfortunately, gluten free and I love that there's a separate menu with more than "burger no bun". I came in to try the gf mac and cheese topped with brisket and it was out of this world. Whatever pasta they use is the best gf pasta I've had, it doesn't fall apart like other gf pastas. The portion was huge and I have more than half for lunch tomorrow. My husband got the cheesesteak, he said it was great and LOVED the bbq rub fries.

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars for the service alone. We came for my wife’s birthday and I was skeptic since it’s a chain but the food (lo mein, fried rice, Changs chicken, firecracker shrimp, shrimp dumplings and chicken lettuce cups) was top notch. Full of flavor and they catered to gluten sensitivity well! They even surprise us with a dessert for my wife and it wasn’t too over the top embarrassing. Best of all, our server Yas was the best. She was knowledgeable, kind and really catering to my family. Extremely impressed and will be back.

We love this your Pie!!! Zack is the absolute BEST!!! He knows our sons order by heart. We call our orders in and he has our order ready before we get there. He is always so kind and professional . Emma is the best also . She’s compassionate and understands my son that is on the autism spectrum. We love that your pie has whole wheat crust and gluten free option available . Go and check it out! We had a great experience tonight. My son has Celiac Disease and must eat gluten free. There were several options that were clearly marked. My son was excited to see so many options that he could eat, but settled on the green mint chip, which he said was excellent. Micah served my son, and she took great care to avoid cross contact, so my son felt very comfortable eating there. She and the gentleman working tonight both had a great attitude and were very helpful. Great service and delicious ice cream.

We had an PERFECT experience!! We did the four-course dinner for dinner. There was plenty of food way more than we could eat. Wendy L was our waitresses and did a amazing job explaining everything to us. This was our first time there. She did an amazing job all the way around it made for an great experience. I would highly recommend asking for her!!......oh I'm gluten free and they had a ton of options even gluten free bread 😁 and a amazing macaroons. Definitely get them!!
