Had an incredible meal here. Server was welcoming and offered excellent recommendations from the all gluten-free menu. I had two small plates plus dessert and was absolutely stuffed. Chicken satay and pandan crème brûlée were highlights. This spot is best for smaller parties of 4 or less, and reservations recommended as it fills up quickly.
Amazing service and delicious meals await you, perfect for gatherings with friends and family that everyone will enjoy!

Went out with our family on a busy summer Saturday night; our server Gabriel met all of our expectations service-wise including the fact that one of us was celiac! Happy with the quality of the food and the way our steaks were done, everything without mentioning our many special demands for our dishes were executed. Many thanks to The Keg for this outstanding night and we are looking forward to going back there soon!

One of my go-to spots. Solid gluten free options (pretty much everything) with no fear of cross contamination. Fries on your taco is pretty hard to beat, too. The beef tongue is super tender.

Had a wonderful time. The food was delicious! They are very gluten aware and have many choices available. Will definitely be back.
The service was super friendly and helpful.
Only downside was the music was a little loud. Made it a bit difficult to talk with friends.

We had a great time at India Rosa Mont-Royal, which we much prefer the atmosphere to the one in Griffintown. We were pampered by the staff who were very pleasant. Great recommendation of the Dahi Puri which are gluten-free! Incredible discovery ❣️. Then we really enjoyed the chicken korma as well as the butter chicken. However, our downside: these dishes would be much better with chicken breasts than thighs... The Pinot Noir was excellent 👍🏻.

We had an amazing dining experience at Pizzéria NO.900 - Vieux-Montréal! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, striking the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern elegance.
One of the highlights for us was the arancini cheese and spinach balls—my girlfriend’s favorite! Crispy on the outside, rich and flavorful on the inside, they were absolutely delicious. We also loved their gluten-free pizza, which had an incredible crust that didn’t compromise on taste or texture. Plus, the variety of fresh veggies and toppings made it easy to customize our meal just the way we like it.
If you’re looking for authentic, high-quality pizza with fantastic gluten-free and vegetarian options, this place is a must-visit in Old Montreal. Highly recommend!

Very good. Very tasty food. Restaurant with brunch and gluten-free pasta options. For the other dishes, you just have to remove the bread that comes with it. The price is a little higher than normal. Very friendly and attentive staff. I recommend it.

Spectacular service. They were very aware of a gluten sensitivity, and were incredibly accommodating and careful.
Had the canard, escargot, and sea bass. Incredible food.

Hands down my favorite spot in Montreal!! The ambiance and vibe is a 10/10. Everyone is incredibly kind and they even catered to my diet (vegan and gluten free). Chef Miguel made a special meal that wasn’t a menu item- he created the most beautiful risotto for me. I was blown away by the flavors and the balance of the whole dish. My fiancé continuously raves about the short rib and the croquettes. We will always return when we’re in Montreal (in fact, we came back this weekend just to have another bite at Barroco). Thank you all for an amazing experience!!

It was either an off night or Gaspar has experienced a decline in the quality of the food. I was so excited to try Gaspar during our visit to Montreal, after getting a recommendation from a friend, seeing it listed on a travel blog post, and seeing the many great reviews on Google. But...we sadly left feeling disappointed by our dinner there, and felt we'd had much better food for lower prices elsewhere in Old Montreal. Gaspar is gluten free / celiac friendly, which I appreciated very much. There's a dedicated fryer and our waiter was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We sat outside on the terrace, though we wished we had chosen to sit inside. Partly because of the weather that day, but also because the Gaspar terrace wasn't as nice as some of the other terraces. The inside of the restaurant was beautiful. We had a dinner reservation but there were many tables available, so the reservation likely wasn't necessary.
If you go to Montreal don't forget to stop by the shopping center, there are restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops and much more to relax for a while or go shopping. Eggspectation is ideal for good food, a good atmosphere and some gluten-free dishes.
Homemade dishes and unique beverages keep everyone coming back for more, making it a must-visit spot for a delicious experience.

Delicious food, unique and tasty beverage: all homemade. 🥰
Adapts very well for gluten-free and dairy-free. Even has a fryer in an independent kitchen for gluten-free. He replaces wheat flour with cassava flour in certain dishes.
I'm going back soon, that's for sure!!!
We loved it!!!!
Simply terrible service.
My partner and I arrived at 7pm. At 8pm, we still didn’t have our dish. At 8:30 p.m., two hours since we ordered, I ask a waitress where dessert is. In the meantime, several customers around us had already had the bill even though they had arrived well after us.
The waitress comes back to us saying that unfortunately there are no more - no joke, in two hours all of Verdun had time to enjoy it - and offers us other options. None of these options are gluten free - and my partner is allergic to them.
We kindly tell them that it doesn't matter, we'll just take the bill because the meal was "long" and we're tired - specifying that they deduct the dessert that we didn't eat.
We are told that this is not possible, which we ask to confirm with the supervisor.
A LUNAR scene begins where the supervisor questions me about the fact that I refuse to eat a dessert while my partner watches, offers us "a free drink" as compensation - my partner drank water, great commercial gesture - to finish by making us look like killjoys so as not to satisfy us with a very generous 10% discount.
Simply the worst service I have received in a restaurant.
The kitchen - more than adequate - is not worth having to deal with this kind of service.
Super good service at the bar! Thanks to Josée and Léo who had a good laugh with! The Royal Peach is my favorite drink… they have GLUTEN-FREE bread for starters and burgers so ask for it….

There's one gluten free option. Good enough, but only vegetarian option, only one sauce option. Obviously, a pasta and pizza place is not a destination celiac people choose willingly. But when you're invited to go with a group, it'd be nice to have 2 options. You don't choose to be celiac, people choose to be vegetarian and vegan. I don't really like when restaurants put all restrictions together.
The waiter spoke very low, she had a tiny voice. The music is incredibly loud. It's not a good combination.
