I ordered takeout while visiting from out of town. I accidentally ordered pickup but because I was at a conference I couldn’t leave to pick it up. I called and the kind owner Monse picked up and told me she’d deliver my food herself. Which she of course did.
The food was wonderful! Filled with flavor. I wish I lived closer and could come back. I had one beef and cheese pupusa, one beef and cheese pupusa, and rice.
Service was top notch of course.
And to top it off all off, as someone who needs gluten free food, finding this place with authentic, amazing safe food was the highlight of my trip.
Enjoy top-notch service in a cozy setting, perfect for celebrations or a romantic evening, with delightful drinks and a welcoming atmosphere.

They have a gluten free menu and will serve gluten free orders on different plates, which makes me feel safer. I usually get the gf ginger chicken and broccoli but also love the spicy chicken!

If you look at the world through a child's eyes, you will be full of wonder and joy, especially entering into this spot. The Rabbit Hole transports you into Alice in Wonderland incredible experience. Now we have more reason to return to Colorado Springs.
The entrance itself will beckon you to explore and enjoy lingering a bit longer than expected. Situated in downtown, you'll find the telephone booth with stairs leading to an unforgettable adventurous experience. There is whimsical renditions of Alice in Wonderland decor and art work. With little nooks and corners tucked with great views of the restaurant, atop, main floor, back room, there isn't any bad seat. Gets really happening around happy hour so I recommend reservations.
I simply couldn't resist the White Rabbit Martini. Who doesn't want their drink on fire with a toasted marshmallow awaiting at the end of the concoction? The babe had the Cherry Limeade which has a gummy slice as the garnish (not your childhood limeade). Also big fan of the T Party margarita that blends tequila and coconut rum for a drink bound to leave you smiling nonstop.
Big fan of their numerous gluten free entree choices. WOW, I am speechless. The duck confit is so filling, rich with flavor and a fattiness my belly loved. The babe had their chicken cordon bleu and couldn't stop raving about it. Our other choice would be the bison short ribs. Was disappointed didn't get to have dessert because there wasn't gluten free option other than gelato.

Self-serve beer joint with multiple craft beers on tap - you pay for what is dispensed, tracked with a card. They also have some mixed drinks on tap and gluten-free beers in cans. The gluten-free pizza on cauliflower crust was excellent.

This was a pleasant surprise! We stopped in for a quick lunch. We knew it was a pub, and when we arrived it was mostly empty. That quickly changed as it filled up for lunch hour. There's plenty of free parking nearby.
The food was absolutely delicious. Unusual options made it an interesting menu. My Caesar salad had a generous portion of perfectly-cooked chicken, and a wonderful lemony dressing.
Others in our group were pleased to get gluten free pizza and said it was also very good.
The service was prompt and pleasant as well. We will definitely be back.
Expect a fantastic experience with customizable options, a lively atmosphere, and exceptional service that'll keep you coming back for more.

Went out last night to celebrate a friend with drinks and a meal to find that even though the menu has gluten free options that the kitchen had zero gluten free ingredients. This is frustrating for when someone has a true and serious dietary restriction to go out and enjoy a meal to where now options are limited to zero.
Service was wonderful and the drinks were fantastic. Just frustrated that there were no gluten free options appetizer or meal wise.

I've been to The Well a few times and it's been a fun experience each time. As a celiac, I have a hard time getting to go out and eat and enjoy food with friends, but as long as I've been coming here there's always at least one business inside providing celiac-safe gluten free options. The staff everywhere are very nice and attentive, the building and bathrooms are clean, and this is a great gathering spot with friends. The bar is well stocked and has lots of options - including gluten free beer brewed in Colorado. I recently went for a concert-type event with the staff of Icons performing, and it was so much fun!

This is the go-to place for a variety of gluten-free choices. Almost all the eateries have gluten-free safe food. From fried chicken to mac and cheese. There is also a great vegan place that is also gluten-free. Even if you are not vegan check out their fries. You won't be disappointed.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere with a rich historical vibe, where you'll find generous portions and attentive service for a memorable experience.

We were looking for a quick late lunch / early dinner and decided to try Piglatin Cocina. I am very glad we did!
We started with their signature Margarita. It was a little small but also not filled to the brim with ice. It was the right mix of sweet and tart with a salty rim.
For our meal I had the OG Stacked Arepa (gluten free). It was packed with flavor! The crispy arepa with a soft interior, topped with sweet pork and stringy mozzarella cheese, barely noticeable spinach (although my immune system thanked me for eating it) and spicy sriracha made for a perfectly delectable bite. If you are not a fan of spicy food, I would recommend asking for the sriracha lite or on the side.
I wanted to try one of the tacos and chose the Guava Lava Chicken (gluten free). I ate this second and I was very glad I did! This taco was SPICY! I would order it again and absolutely eat it last. I like spicy food (medium - hot is my preference) and this was hot - hot. Before the heat took over, I could tell the texture was delightful and the flavor was delicious.
My husband had the Piglatin Plate (gluten free). It was savory, salty and sweet. The amount of food was just right for a lunch portion.
He also had the Yuca wedges (gluten free - although fried in the same oil as gluten containing foods). They were ok and a nice side but he would likely try something else next time.
TL;DR - The Street Tacos and Plates are all gluten free or can be made gluten free. The sides are fried in the same oil as the empanadas.
