Had the best burger I've had in such a long time today, had the mighty burgers gluten free, was everything you could want on a burger. The fries were also amazing. I'd give more stars if I could.

People with allergies should be careful eating here. The server was very attentive and assured us that my dairy allergy can be accommodated. We ordered chips without Parmesan and a gluten free and dairy free pizza. When the chips were bought out we double checked again to make sure it was Parmesan free and even asked the server if the small white substance was garlic and was assured it was definitely garlic and the chips were dairy free. I noticed more of the white substance looking a lot more like grated cheese when packing the chips in a takeaway container at the end. When I bought the chips to the server to ask again that’s when she realised and I got a lukewarm sorry. I have a slow developing allergic reaction so the symptoms manifested 1-2 hours later. I paid almost $100 to be given food that gave me a severe allergic reaction and a lukewarm sorry.

Slack service!!! Ordered gluten free burger for my son, the bun was served with one side burnt. Returned the burger for the bun to be changed, received with the burnt side cut and covered with sauce on the rest. Had to return it again, but now the bun was fine but all the ingredients inside cold and shattered!!! Never coming back!!!

Was a lovely experience dining at the garden city location today. Was greeted promptly by Cody and was able to explain the menu with me and what gluten free options you have. The other guy with glasses brought me my food and checked on me. They all are super lovely and I’ll definitely come back again! Great job Betty’s!

Wonderful cafe with great service and a huge range of food. Gluten free options abound /celiacs should feel well catered for. Positioned in a quiet tree lined street. Top of my list !

L Hit and Miss. Most staff are friendly and welcoming but there are a few "wanna-be management climbers" who go out of their way to make you feel like you are privileged to be here. In particular - a vertically challenged "security" guy who struts around the gaming room with his chest puffed out trying to look important. He will assume that you are doing the wrong thing without any evidence and lie when challenged. Also - the tall girl in the cafe with the brown hair in a pony tail. I think her name begins with a "J". She has as a chip on her shoulder and clearly does not enjoy working there. She is always stressed, never smiles and is in a bad mood. She's frightening to order from. After visiting with friends and family several times we have come to the conclusion that certain staff members at Club Southside don't understand the importance of "keeping the customer happy". More staff training in manners and a customer focused approach is definately needed. Also - the quality of the food is dependant on who the chef is on duty that day. We have had over cooked steak and burnt food more times than not. The new cafe menu is not appealing - particulary the date pancakes. They taste like dried up, rotting garbage. The smoked salmon on the potato rosti is NEVER hot although it is advertised as such. As far as catering for dietary needs - forget it! The staff have no idea about gluten free and most times there are no gluten free sweet options in the cafe cabinet. I've witnessed gluten free cakes being placed on the same plate and shelf as non-gluten free products, rendering them inedible to people sensitive to gluten. The specials on offer M-TH in the restaurant never cater for food intolerances except for the steak. Depending on which chef is asked there may or may not be a gluten or dairy free option. How difficult is it to have a box of gluten free or dairy free pancake batter in the kitchen? At least there would be one dessert option for those of us who suffer from the most common food intolerances. Club Southside is convenient to where we live and hence the reason we continue to patronage it. If the above mentioned staff members relaxed and at least pretended to enjoy their jobs it would make the experience more pleasant for everyone.

Always always always great service and food. Especially with kids that have dietary needs. Staff checked multiple times that dishes we order are gluten free or nut free. No troubles coming here

This place was so lovely and great value for money. Monica helped our table and she was so lovely and offered suggestions on pairing with our Wagyu set. They catered to my coeliac dietary requirements and were very thoughtful.

I have ordered a cake from Sugar Puff Cafe and i would highly recommend. The owner/baker was very pleasant to communicate with. I requested a gluten free cake and the owner was able to meet my request. The cake was still so delicious. It was not overly sweet, a light and fluffy cake and the cream tasted perfect! I will look forward to ordering more cakes with Sugar Puff in the future.
