Nice lunch had the falafel bowl
My friend is a ceoliac and they were so very accommodating and were able to provide a fabulous gluten free meal. The staff were very accommodating and helpful definitely worth a return , coffee was great.
The quality continues diminish. As for the Gluten free bases. On almost every occasion they taste like they are well and truly past it’s used by date. Dry, powdery with a hint of rubber. Very disappointing considering it’s costly. Might consider again in the near future but certainly won’t be back any time soon.
Very disappointed. Went to the Eating House to celebrate my birthday with a dinner. My father had got sick after eating there a few months ago, but considering we used to get food from the Eating house regularly/weekly (gluten free pizzas and gluten free risottos) I thought it may have been a one time contamination so decided to give it another chance.
They have a Gluten Free Menu from which my Dad chose a meal and was later up all night seriously ill. Coeliac disease is extremely common and it would be much better to NOT have a Gluten Free Menu than to cause people to get seriously ill. Once could be a bit of cross contamination. But twice, that's just unacceptable/negligent.
(for reference, my Dad has no issues eating gluten free meals anywhere else, and if it was a small contamination he only has a small reaction, so it must have been seriously bad!)
Just had dinner here and was helped by Logan who was an absolute legend! Would come here just for her service, however the food was also 10/10. My wife is gluten free and loved her food as well! We will 100% be back to eat here and cannot recommend how much of a valuable employee Logan is!
Yay, an awesome gluten free burger!!!!
Fries can be done gluten free too, greatly appreciated. The rest of our group had normal various burgers and fries, everyone made “yum delicious groans” after their first bites😍
Always loved their pizzas BUT this time, instead of the thin crispy base we got a thick doughy base, PLEASE go back to the thin crispy base.
Saw your response, thank you, but you are mistaken, I did not order gluten free pizzas, we never have gluten free, perhaps that explains the doughy thick base if you gave us gluten free by mistake.

Gluten free Black Forest cake purchased- it was lovely to have some good options for gf. The sponge was light and fluffy and the cream etc was fresh and lovely. I would come back again!
My first time visiting since it’s reopening and I must say I left a little disappointed. The food was ok but not what it used to be. Service was subpar. One waitress was incredibly rude when one of our party queried if gluten free pizza bases were available and another when we queried the whereabouts of our missing drinks.
My biggest gripe is actually the size of the tables. There were 4 of us on two small square tables. By the time there was water, wine, food and some shared sides we had no room. We were literally juggling things just to be able to eat our food.
Hoping the longer they’re open, the better they become.
