CELIAC EXPLORING RESTAURANTS IN COSTA RICA
Nice restaurant surrounded by nature. The fish ceviche was fresh and tasty. I ate the grilled dorado accompanied by patacones, which, in principle, were prepared free of gluten and cross contamination. However, in that process, something went wrong. I understand how difficult it is to serve a dish for a celiac, but if the kitchen staff takes on the challenge, they must do it conscientiously. The cappuccino was very tasty and they were willing to make it in a cup. My companions were satisfied with the fried snapper and sea bream accompanied by roasted potatoes and cooked rice.

We enjoyed minted lemonades and for dinner we chose three rolls
The double crunchy prawn tempura roll, calamari ceviche topping roll -and a classic Alaska roll
They also have delicious desserts like Nutella roll and tempura ice cream
