Disappointing Gluten-Free Pizza Experience:
When I arrived at the restaurant, I made sure to confirm before sitting down that they actually offer gluten-free options. The waiter assured me they did, so I decided to stay. I also emphasized my dietary needs when ordering.
When the pizza arrived, it looked way too perfect (anyone who eats gluten-free knows what I mean). I asked the waiter to double-check, and after looking at it for a moment, he admitted it wasn't gluten-free. He took it away, and after a while, I received a new one.
This time, it was correct—but unfortunately, I’m fairly sure it was made with a store-bought crust. The taste was just okayish, 2/5.
They did offer a brief apology, but that was the extent of it—no real effort was made to make up for the mistake.
fantastic meal with great options for gluten free...practically everything is avaliable as a choice for GF the only item not gluten free is the Mole sauce. Perfectly authentic Latin food and I know from living in Mexico for 3 years!!!
An obvious choice after arriving from the airport. We waited about 5 minutes for a seat to become available, because this branch is really very busy. Everything is clearly displayed and explained on the self-service panel. My friend was pleased with the gluten-free offer marked in bold letters on burgers without flour in the bun. Within three minutes of ordering, the food was delivered. We couldn't have received our order so quickly. The toilet is on the upper floor, so it doesn't smell. Ice in Coke just right. Great satisfaction for me.
The best gluten-free pizza ever!
The staff were super friendly, the service was fantastic, and the prices are more than fair! A definite recommendation!
Gluten free options, but not safe for celiacs. Our waiter told me that the waffles were cooked in the same area, and after I asked, they told me that nothing on the menu would be safe from cross-contamination. The staff was kind, and they had an allergy menu, but simply not an option for celiacs.
Very nice and quiet restaurant where you can get delicious vegan & gluten-free dishes (soups, seaweed dishes & cakes). Very tasty and also very creative dishes found.
Great gluten free choices with other diets combined. We asked for alergens and they even called to whoever prepared the cake to confirm on ingrediences. This was amazing.
My friend and I visited this pizzeria yesterday and we were really satisfied. The service was nice, helpful. Special praise goes to the approach to the gluten-free diet - a friend is celiac and had absolutely no problem with the food. The gluten-free pizza was excellent and we definitely recommend it to anyone with gluten intolerance or celiac disease. We will definitely be happy to come back!

We have been going to this pancake house for years, every time we are in Prague. They also make gluten-free pancakes without any problems. The food is very tasty, whether it's sweet/savory pancakes, salads, etc.
A gluten-free bun option.
Habanero mayonnaise.
Fresh-cut fries.
Friendly service.
Excellent end-of-day meal in close proximity to our lodgings.
Would 100% eat here again.

Great pizzeria. Six of us came, they found a place for us, accommodated a request for a gluten free member, prepared us delicious food, we ate well and it wasn't too expensive either. Thanks, we'll be back.
A restaurant-pub with a slightly strange atmosphere, all gluten-free. The service was wonderful! And despite the language limitations we managed to communicate and enjoy a great dinner. We ordered a pizza with black olives that had a special taste, crispy and really delicious. Also chips and lactose-free cake to go. fair prices. We had a great time and we recommend the place
If i could give zero i would. They claimed that the dish would be made gluten free, and it was not. My friend had a disastrous celiac attack due to the negligence in the restaurant!

Unfortunately I could not eat there. They offer great gluten-free baguettes, but there is no separation and there is a risk of secondary contamination, so not suitable for people with celiac disease.
There is definitely better place to enjoy good ice cream in Prague but they have gluten-free cones for celiacs.
Limited in tastes and not all clearly distinguishable
Very nice and friendly waitress.
The food is very good and reasonably priced. Generous portions.
They have a couple of gluten free options and I have to say it's one of the best hamburgers I've had.
I would definitely recommend going here. Seems more real and less touristy.
Their lemonade is really good too!!
Very pleasant service, very good ginger tea and excellent coffee too. Personally, I really appreciate the gluten-free pancakes on the menu, which were excellent.
We visited this place only because of the recommendations on gluten-free groups. After entering, the waiting time for a table was very short, which was a plus, but after that it wasn't that great, hence the rating...
➕️ short waiting time
➕️ good quality ingredients
➖️ service
➖️ we didn't really like the food
➖️ despite allergen markings, there was no list in the menu which number meant what
➖️ the seasonal ginger infusion was a bit weak, you had to brew it for a long time to feel anything
➖️ quality of toilets (including one out of order)

During today's visit, a big disappointment, the staff unwilling to specify the content of the burger, when requesting a gluten-free burger, the staff only pointed to the menu above. The staff didn't offer us a loyalty card, when we asked if they would issue it to us, she sternly replied that we didn't ask for it and said that we have to tell each other in advance next time. The food was prepared very quickly, immediately after taking a bite it was clear to us that they prepare the meat here a long time in advance, because it was dried and crumbled, without the taste of fresh preparation. There were stones or some sand in the salad so we had to take it out of the burger. The sweet potato fries were so greasy that it was completely obvious to repeatedly put them in the fryer. Due to the previous reluctance of the operator, we gave up the complaint and instead decided to share our experience.
Conclusion: a big disappointment, we are not even surprised that we were almost alone in the restaurant. Even the attendant was not waiting for other customers and was not visible.
ADDENDUM after owner's response: automatic apology indicates that the owner will not address the complaint
OH MY! We had lunch and it was absolutely delicious. The dosas were crisp and super tasty and the Dal Makhani was rich, creamy and indulgent. The personnel was very sweet and happy to accommodate our toddler as well. We ate everything, just short of licking our plates in fact, and went out to do some sightseeing - including the Charles Bridge which is right around the corner.
We decided to return later for cake and tea. All the cakes are homemade and there are several gluten free options along with the vegan. It was all so tasty we ended up ordering seconds!
I have a gluten-free diet and in the whole time I have discovered only 2 restaurants where I really enjoy pizza. One is in northern Bohemia (Děčín) and the other is Dal Birbante in Vinoř.
In one word, the pizza is great, I have nothing to complain about.
My husband had the classic version of the pizza and he also praised it very much.
The only minus is the environment of the restaurant, it is more of a fast food establishment than a place where you go on a date. However, due to the excellent and tasty pizza, be forgiven :)
I had the gluten-free version of the burger and I was really impressed! The meat was juicy, the flavors worked great together, and the gluten-free bun was surprisingly soft and tasty. Everything was delicious and I’d definitely have it again!

I want to thank you very much for your gluten-free bread offer ... my daughter is celiac, so we consider your fresh gluten-free bread (mainly rolls) to be a MIRACLE 😊. They are indistinguishable from classic gluten. Thanks a lot 🙏
