Just not good. Service was slow, over 25 mins to take an order despite enough staff and a gluten allergy was ignored serving incorrect food. Shame. I am a regular customer.
Great pub/restaurant, always have amazing food with great gluten free options. Staff extremely professional and friendly. Would strongly recommend and will most definitely be going again.
A great pub with a great atmosphere, the food is always excellent and the options available for vegetarians/vegans are good, also has a fantastic non gluten containing menu!

We stopped here for a meal for my birthday, I asked if they had a table because I hadn't booked they were very accomadating, are waitress Saffi was very good as we have a dairy and gluten allergy. Food was lovely we had a great time thankyou very much to Saffi and all the staff for a remerable birthday meal.
I absolutely love a date night with the pooch 💕 amazing food I'm gluten free, roma was lovely, accommodated my stomach needs without feeling like a pain in the arse, they are always are to be honest x
Jubilee Square (buckingham park) always go above and beyond with gluten free Wednesdays. Everything is labeled for peace of mind, staff put us at ease with ordering gluten free and the food is beautifuly cooked. Feel so lucky to have such a good gluten free chippie on our door step. Thank you guys and keep up the good work
I order from here frequently via JustEat as they have gluten free pasta. The food is always delicious. I wish there were some gluten free dessert options but I'm pretty happy with the pasta pots, and they do always give me a couple of dark chocolates with the order.
Really slow service, manager was horrible and useless, ordering gluten free, manager has a go at me for not ordering an allergy meal with her. She should tell her staff that,
how am I supposed to know,
maybe she could of communicated with me when she Sat us at a table.
Waiting 10 minutes no one even took a drink order,
No crayons n colouring given to kids, manager didn't care, horrible lady.
Asked manager if can get another sauce for my daughters dish, she says yes no problem, then just doesn't get it, carrys on doing takeaway orders, I had to ask someone else.
Wish I'd asked for managers name so I can shame her, she was so bad, it was Saturday 25th jan about 3.30
First dish brought out was wrong,
some reason my food took ages, my kids had finished theirs before mine arrived was about to cancel my order when it finally came out.
Food wasn't like it has been before, dishes were a let down.
This place is failing, used to be ok.
They tried charging me for the first dish that was wrong, had to question the bill which took ages because all the staff are dealing with takeout.

Pleasantly surprised. Our first time back to the Firecrest in a while. Lovely staff. Good menu. Something for everyone in our party of vegetarians and coeliacs. GF fish and chips was a real treat (a smidge greasy but still delicious). Beautiful building. Open fires are so relaxing. Close to Wendover. Good parking. Really pleased - will be back! I drive through Haddenham most days, and I decided to stop what a great shop! I was only able to have a quick walk around as it was the end of the day, not that I was rushed 😊 I was really impressed and was able to get some great gluten free cakes and beers. I had a lovely girl serve me at the deli, who helped and advised me what to get, she really cheered me up after a long day at work so thank you! Well worth a visit!
We visited the Rose and Crown as a group of eight for Sunday lunch this weekend and had a fabulous time. The atmosphere in the pub was vibrant, the staff were attentive, and the meal and overall experience was superb. All of our roasts were served piping hot, and absolutely full of flavour. Half of us opted for belly pork and half for lamb, and each of us commented on how great the food was. One of our guests is Celiac, and cannot have gluten, however great care was taken by the R & C team to explain Gluten Free options and we felt very reassured when ordering from their recommended GF menu. We have started to visit the Rose and Crown, regularly as it is going from strength to strength under the new ownership. It's so great to have our village pub open again and for it to be of such fantastic quality.
I come here once every month or so for family meals and it’s always a great experience.
Jake N made it very welcoming with a bright buzzing attitude and quick and gracious service I felt very happy with him as our server catering to our family member who is gluten free exceptional care will be back soon for another tasty plate! :)
Staff were friendly and helpful and the service was good, albeit a little slow. It was unbearably hot in there, but that's not all their fault. The food was absolutely fantastic, the gluten free pasta was amazing, and it was definitely worth the money. Would definitely recommend, and we will definitely return next time we are in Aylesbury.
