Just went to pick up a collection which I ordered earlier today, was supposed to pick it up at 18.20 and had an email at 17.50 being told that it was being prepared. When I got there it was in a warmer. The pizza was luke warm and congealed. The dough balls were Luke warm and the garlic butter was not in the bag. Went back to get it and was made to wait at the door for nearly 10 mins, all new customers being ignored by the staff who were all rushing round like headless chickens. Whilst standing there one of gentlemen behind the counter was laying with either a piece of plastic or dough, dropped on the floor, picked it up continued playing with it and then prepared someone’s food. I am gluten free and now worried about eating the food in case of cross contamination (if he doesn’t wash his hands after pick something of the floor how do I know hands were clean when preparing my food).

The food was incredible and unique. It has flavours and homemade dishes that I have only experienced here, just perfect for any time throughout the day. Only pictures of the dessert and a smoothie cause the mains were too good! (Gluten free Carrot Cake and Tropical Turmeric smoothie). Everything is vegan so it's amazing.
Loved the service also, thanks to everyone that made our visit so great.

Just been to Wagamama for the first time add excellent service from Winnie who is the manageress who is the only one who can take orders for gluten free which is very good and helpful and reassuring when you are ordering when eating in for the first time so we had excellent service excellent food can highly recommend and we'll definitely be back

Well located and cosy, but a stripped out feel (IE little food on show; very bare, shelves and fridge empty). Coffee ok, but no gluten free snacks evident, and had to wait ten mins or more for a mocha, as they had run out of hot chocolate and had to run to buy some. Friendly staff, but place feels like it is on the edge of survival.

I loved the fact that i can take my dog into the restaurant, there was plenty of space and the décor was really nice.
