The food is great and it is appreciated that they have gluten free options. However and extra £3 for the GF bun is ridiculous. They should do like honest burgers and charge 0.30 or not even charge for the different bun.
Chill out in a cozy spot perfect for people-watching, enjoying great coffee and tasty treats in a relaxed atmosphere.

A lovely venue. A really nice large mug of coffee and very lucky to get the tastiest gluten-free cake I’ve had in a long time staff very helpful. Also, Very reasonable

Two of us enjoyed a lovely, relaxed dinner. Friendly service, interesting menu with plenty of vegetarian and gluten free choices, - and wow, those truffle crispy potatoes! Enjoyed the white Rioja too.
My first experience in The Ivy In The Lanes was amazing! We went for breakfast and was served by David. His service was 5 star. I am gluten intolerant and he went to so much effort to make sure the food was safe for me and still top class. Will definitely be returning.
Step into a cozy, movie-like setting with stunning decor and delightful mocktails that make for an unforgettable experience.

It's a quirky and different place in the Brighton Lanes. There's lots of room, the tables aren't jammed together. The decor is fun and relaxed. The staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. The food was delicious. The choice for vegetarians was a bit limited, but there were choices. They catered for my sister's no onion or garlic or gluten without any issue. The food is Eastern European style (I think), borscht, rosti, gnocchi, lots of meats. One meal came with a shot of Hazelnut Vodka, which was delicious (like drinking Cadbury's Whole nut ). It was the first time in years that I have had such a different menu in front of me. The friends I went with love this place and I can see why. If I wasn't vegetarian I'd have gone there again already. Thoroughly recommend a visit to this unique place.
Exquisite dishes and a unique seating arrangement create a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a special date night.

Adore. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and they serve a high standard to food. They could easily hold an air of snobbiness in their service but they absolutely don’t. They’re incredibly warm and Accomodating. I’m celiac and they make me the most gorgeous bilinis to order when I arrive instead of the bread basket. They also have a special gf menu.
Great food, might be my fave restaurant in Brighton. It’s definitely my most frequented.
I recommend the risotto, the oysters and the sashimi platter is fantastic.
