I ordered a whole gluten free cherry bakewell cake from Bunty's for my mum's birthday. The whole process was very straightforward. I placed my order by email and had a very quick response. I asked to collect the cake as early as possible and staff came in early to accommodate me.
The cake was amazing- nobody would have known it was gluten free- it was very light, soft and not sickly either. We are still enjoying it on day 4 - still tastes fresh.

my partner and i split the halloumi and chilli waffle plus the eton mess waffle both were gluten free and delicious!! the staff were great and the cafe has a great vibe!
I'm confused went miles out of my way after reading reviews about the gluten free options got sat down to be told no fish and chips only poached fish and jacket potato so where is the extensive gluten free options absolute waste of time Coeliacs should keep on driving past never recommend
I absolutely love this place. There is so much gluten free choice and the squid starter is devine. Shout-out to Amy, our server, who could not have been more attentive 👍
We were served by Jacob and Anna this morning. We both had a large latte and my husband had a toasted teacakes. I asked for and got a gluten free scone with butter. Jacob was very knowledgeable about Coeliac disease as his Mum has it so made sure himself that my gluten free scone was perfect for me. Will definitely go there again next time we are in Lincoln.
Found this cafe on Google Maps searching for gluten free options and I was so glad we did. My gluten free bread with smashed avocado was lush. Coffee was so good. Sweet potato fries 💯and my husband enjoyed his hot dog too. Staff were lovely, couldn’t do enough for us. Reasonable price too, and great vibe. Will be back. 💖
This is our first time here and we will definitely coming back. Lovely atmosphere and warm staff.Only rated food 4 stars as I'm gluten free and would love too see more options ,but the cod I had with chorizo was fantastic compliments to the chef. Would off loved to have had the sticky toffee pudding as my friends did and it looked amazing. But thank you for a lovely meal.
We attended a private function here as part of the Lincoln Morris Day of Dance and the service was outstanding. The food was amazing and the portion sizes were very generous. Catered for all types of diets including Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Free. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Visited on New Year's Eve and it was lovely for my daughter, who has Coeliac disease, to have such a wide choice, also the manager seemed very knowledgeable regarding cross contamination etc. The service was great, really friendly and efficient and everyone was happy with their meals. Only downside was that despite having a fantastic choice of gluten free items from the main menu, the only gluten free dessert offered was ice-cream
Best shish I've had in ages, meat or not. The staff were very chill and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed but clean and busy. Great marriage between a friendly gathering place and a bustling little world of tasty ethics. They were super helpful with the whole gluten issue, too. I'm so mad I didn't find this place 8 years ago! Not even vegan but I'll be going back. (And yes, they're dog friendly if you behave yourself)
I stayed with my daughter at The Old Bakery and we treated ourselves to the tasting menu as a deal package and what a treat it was.
The two chefs are at the top of their game. We are gluten free and nothing was too much trouble for them to tweak their menu and ensure we had a wonderful experience the food was a delight.

From my first communication with Poppy to staggering out after one of the best meals we have ever eaten everything was brilliant. Poppy is ultra efficient but also accommodating and warm a rare combination.
Our room was quirky just what you expect in a building of this age. Everything added to our wonderful break in this delightful city.

Bottomless brunch for my 21st, mums 48th and mamar’s 73rd. Amazing service and would absolutely recommend. Worth the money. Food is tasty and very welcoming to gluten free. Nice music and great cocktails. Special shout out to Niall, our waiter!
Quite possibly the best Gluten Free pizza I’ve tasted in years. Disappointing there was only one choice , however I love mushrooms so all was good.

Both me and my partner are gluten free, great selection of gluten free food, including tasty cake! We have been a number of times and tried a selection of the menu and it's all delicious. They also do food for collection. The staff are lovely & welcoming. Highly recommend 🙂

I’m allergic to gluten and they catered incredibly to my allergy!! we had Anya as our server both times we came in here and she and all the other staff were so approachable and sweet, not to mention the food was the best gluten free food (including dessert!) i’ve ever eaten and the cocktails were to die for! Incredible music and such fast and kind service. Best place for date night 💛
Went to Lawson's for a reunion dinner with some old friends. They did us proud! We were a group of 20 and they were very accommodating and organised; no problems ordering in advance (from the full menu, not just from a limited menu or set menus, unlike many places when catering for a large group); drinks in the bar area before the meal; we were then seated on two large tables in part of the upstairs area - not quite a private room, though it felt much like it. Staff were excellent at the table and the bar (not easy when you're a large group), as was the food (including vegan and gluten free options). Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We do this at some time every year in various places and this has to be one of the best places we've been to, so a big thank you to all involved.
Had a lovely lunch here with friends on Saturday afternoon ,I'm gluten free and I must say the pie I had was 👍 great .Staff lovely and atmosphere nice and cosy we also enjoyed the outside space with heaters fantastic x
I Love Lincsushi, it’s the first time I’ve sat in, but I’ve had several takeaways and it never disappoints 10/10 recommend! I’m allergic to gluten and milk and they cater well, they’re able to adapt items. Plus all their soy sauce is gluten free.
We have been here twice so far this year (month!). Both occasions very good: food hot, tasty and less than 30 mins wait, despite been near full each time (a Sunday afternoon & Tuesday night). I am celiac, so stress about gluten free & have always been well catered for. Will continue to keep eating here.
Ordered cheesey garlic bread after night out. Brilliant prices. Food was so fresh and flavourful, the owner is really passionate about cooking with everything home made from pizza bases to garlic butter mix.

Nice atmosphere. Board games upstairs which is a nice touch to the pub. Food is ok, cheap enough, have a gluten free menu which is great, however some adjustments to gluten free menu would make it better. (Pasta needs cooking longer). Bathrooms clean.
Perfect if you love sushi! Sushi is really nice quality and really nice presentation. The staff are lovely as well.
All you can eat buffet with plenty of options of sushi and grilled food as well.
All dishes are labelled as gluten free and vegetarian, an important detail that I appreciated.

After ordering 8 individual afternoon tea boxes for my sister in laws hen do it did not disappoint. Everyone was so happy with them! Everything was freshly made on the day and tasted beautiful. The cake and sandwich selection was amazing and the owners went above and beyond for people that had intolerances. Two of the girls were gluten free and said the cakes were the best they had had - especially the brownies! I would highly recommend this place, it was beautifully presented and staff were amazing! Great price too for the amazing quality which is always a winner!!!
Great experience for bottomless prosecco brunch. We went as a hen party. The service was great. Nathan and Joshua went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Great choice of drinks and gluten free options. Thank you for making our hen do amazing and memorable forever.
