I'm so glad that I did as I've had food from Milton Chippy on 3 occasions now and would not go anywhere else.

Been coming here for years now, best chippy in Stoke! Food is amazing, one of the few places that have gluten free too. Staff are always really pleasant. Would highly recommend to anyone!

What a wonderful experience, the decor is adorable, so much detail and thought gone into the theme and the ambience so cosy and relaxing. We were amazed at the menu choice and I was especially impressed with the vegan options, and they cater for other dietary requirements too like gluten free. We enjoyed a beautiful and delicious afternoon tea with home made baking. The owners and their staff are so helpful and friendly. Went as a couple, but could totally bring the kids. Lovely atmosphere, comfortable seating, service was speedy but not pushy. Food was super tasty, well presented, large portions and worth every penny. Would have liked a dessert but there just wasn't space after the main! Grown up drinks available, good variety on the menu and something for everyone. Loads of vegan/gluten free options, too.

Jasmine our waitress was amazing just because she understood the importance of me not having gluten as I am coeliac. She listened to my request and got the kitchen staff to remove certain aspects of the dish so I could have a meal I wanted. It was so nice to not be treated like a problem because of my medical dietary requirements.

Booked a table for breakfast a week prior ot going on Sunday for breakfast , stated on the booking that we required a gluten free menu which we were told wasn't a problem , when we got there we ordered breakfast only to be told they had no gluten free bread available ,now when the bill for 2 breakfast and 2 black coffees cones to about £35 and is expensive for a cooked breakfast you would expect an establishment such as the willow to have something as simple as gluten free bread after all it's supposed to be the top end of local dining amd to be precooked in with a weeks notice you would have thought that they would have got some in as it was my wife was very disappointed that such an establishment could provide this simple ingredient and therefore ruining what shpuld have been a very pleasant morning , not impressed at all to be honest , we expected much better

Just love it...the best Italian in the area... don't be afraid to ask for a mod to your dish...my wife loves the traditional carbonara rather than the typical UK version with cream and they also have excellent gluten free options for my daughter-in-law, she loves having the gf garlic bread with her mussels

Booked in for Mother's Day and cannot fault the food whatsoever. Not very often that you get both vegan AND gluten free options on the menu, especially for a roast dinner. But they delivered. The food was brilliant - from starter to main to pudding. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service meets show stopping tasty ice cream.As it is my birthday today I decided to treat my self to an ice cream.The ice cream looked heart soaringly nice and to see the GF symbols on almost every flavour.They have a 100% customer service award and this is really deserved from the exceptional service we had received today.I let my server know that I had a gluten allergy when he asked and he brought a separate ice cream for both flavours so there was no cross contamination .Also the salted caramel ice cream was divine,I’ve always wanted to try a Nutella ice cream so I picked it and it was so delicious tasted like no other of the lake nearby was full of that Nutella ice cream I would swim and dive into it.My favourite new ice cream flavour.It was clean too,would highly recommend.

We were a party of 12 celebrating a birthday, so we had pre-ordered. We had a great night, food was excellent, service was very good and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Lovely place to dine with family. Great choice of gluten free food, not an issue at all. Staff very friendly and polite. Chelsea is a good leader. Only slight issue would be lack of staff on the bar. Definitely will be visiting again.

A great Indian restaurant! I’ve visited Kismet in Hartshill on several occasions over the years and every single time we’ve had a great experience. Always a warm welcome and attentive service. I cannot recommend the Kismet Special Thali enough. A great selection of dishes, rice and naan. I’ve never left without a very full stomach. Great advice on ingredients including which dishes include gluten.

I visited with my partner who is coeliac and it is usually quite difficult finding gluten free food. However they already had a gluten free menu at the tables without having to ask, and when ordering, double checked for any allergies. Great service throughout, just the small details like having conversation rather than just simple customer service while we were there. Food was lovely and service was quick with no issues, will definitely be visiting again.

My daughter is a coeliac and has to have glutten free. There is no cross contamination; I have watched them process the order myself, so they are thorough. The only thing my daughter complains about, is the fact that her pizza goes cold extremely quickly. I'm guessing that's to do with the pizza base.

Don't go if you need gluten free food. There are no markings on the menu, they were unable to provide a separate allergen menu and when asked if anything was available, the staff just looked at each other blankly. Signs say ask ypur server, what a joke. Not even a basic awareness of food safety. Absolutely shocking.

Brilliant. Ordered 10 pizzas and they were ready really quickly. The tracking was accurate. Staff were great, and let us know that they were packing our order up when we arrived. We ordered normal, gluten free and vegan pizzas - all of which had lots of toppings and good flavours. Used the deals on the website, but still quite expensive.

Girlfriend wants a gluten free base with vegan cheese, I (dipstick) order gluten free with regular cheese. When I rang to ask if I could order another pizza for the girlfriend, these guys offered to replace it FOC for me, and didn't even charge for the delivery. Went to Trentham today just to eat here. Food ,as usual was top notch, beef on our baps was so tender we didn't need to chew it, an added bonus is gluten free baps always available, thank goodness.Really friendly staff always. The only place I've ever heard my husband say ' that was nice, we'll come here again' What more can I say except, see you again, soon. Only regret was too full to have a piece of cake.

The main reason for marking down is due to the lack of facial covering enforcement on both staff and customers. The menu was good and available to view online prior to visit, there were lots of meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan & gluten free options available. The Hispi Cabbage was amazing, perfectly cooked and the Creamy Mustard Sauce was to die for. I would also really recommend the Carbonara Tagliatelle With Mushroom. Unable to comment on meat/fish options as I'm vegetarian however the restaurant was quite busy for a Thursday evening. Good selection wines and the Ca' Bianca Gavi was beautiful. There were a few lagers on tap but not many craft ales, which was disappointing as I'm a big fan of dark ale. Disabled access available however the look of the restaurant is not as good as depicted online. It has a very comfortable vibe welcoming all types of customers.

Wow what a little find, met a friend at Middleport Pottery for breakfast (to be told that kitchen was undergoing maintenance!) so we googled and walked to nearby Middleport munch. I’m coeliac and once I explained about gluten free, they listened and were so helpful (swapped out sausage as it wasn’t gluten free) couldn’t have been more helpful. Thanks ladies! We will visit again

The quality of the food in unreal. I would say this is one of the best takeaways in Stoke. So friendly and accommodating of any allergies or intolerances - I have coeliac so they talked me through what I could have, they even gave me the option of bringing my own gluten free buns so I can enjoy the Cheeze-Man burger which was sooo good! Will definitely come again!
