I’ve been coming to this Smashburger location since it first opened in 2009ish, so I’ve seen it through its up and downs. I’m really happy with the customer service, menu, and atmosphere of this location, all of which was remodeled about two or three years ago. I’m always happy with my meal and I appreciate that they have a gluten free bun!
Parking lot always sucks. If you visit then highly recommend parking on the street so you don’t have to deal with drivers who can’t seem to navigate a tight parking lot.

I absolutely love this place, great prices, great service, and it doesn't make me feel bloated like other foods. It's also great for people with dietary restrictions, I'm gluten free and was so glad they had rice noodles. Everything is separate in the fridge so you have nothing to worry about. They also have a nice selection of other things that aren't hot pot. The main problem I see most people having is finding the price for the soup base, it's very small but it is right under the steamed rice and above boat noodle broth, it's $5.50 . I highly recommend it to anyone!

The staff is very friendly and gave fast service. What I loved the most, is that they have Gluten free options. When I requested Gluten free they asked if it was preference, or due to allergy. My son is allergic to Gluten, and when I specified it was an allergy, the young woman was very quick to wash her knife and move to a spot that was clean to make my son's food. Very impressed.
