I have been to Maria's many times and the quality is on point each time. This past weekend I celebrated a milestone birthday and without question wanted to provide catering from Maria's. I ordered the pasta with pink sauce, a gluten/vegan pasta marina, 2 salads, garlic knotts, and bruschetta and it all got devoured. So many friends asked me where the food came from. I am so so happy how much everyone ate everything, hardly a drop left for leftovers!
Thank you Maria's for being a part of my birthday celebration. I look forward to the next time I come and eat in person!

Our absolute favorite place to eat out. Chef Greg has ingeniously 'veganized' authentic Yucatecan specialties such as Longaniza sausage and Conchinita Pibil (uses jackfruit instead of pork) while maintaining all the flavor and punch of the originals. Everything is made from scratch. Don't miss the El Yucateco taco made with 'meaty' Trumpet mushrooms, and grab one of their house made desserts or smoothies. Everything is vegan and many of the dishes are gluten and nut free, so those with restricted diets can dine without worry.
They have a separate vegan menu which was not very clear to me when I looked them up online. But I called to check anyway, and Joel was very patient and helpful with all my questions! The vegan menu is very different and interesting, with a edamame tofu ravioli, a gnocchi (which very often has eggs in it) and more options.
They also have a good number of options without onion and garlic, and if not, can prepare a fresh sauce. I tried their Brussels sprouts which were really good! And the gnocchi with pomodoro sauce (I think it was freshly made without onion and garlic, just chopped tomatoes but still really well seasoned and flavorful). The gnocchi was really good too!
They have gluten free options as well.

Glad to have found this great little spot. Nothing fancy, but the service is good. The lunch buffet is totally worth the very reasonable price. I'm gluten-free and was able to enjoy most items on buffet and menu. Will visit again.
I stopped here to buy some pastries to surprise a friend. They make a variety of baklava-like treats. The staff here was so friendly. I can't eat gluten so couldn't eat then myself, but my friend absolutely loved them!
