I ordered 5 pizzas, 4 were gluten free and undercooked! It was disappointing and a waste of my money and time, I filled out the survey and I have yet to hear back. For being a huge chain of restaurants I had higher expectations!
Employees should check to make sure gluten free dough is fully cooked and not doughy and slimy!
I spent $92! Huge disappointment, would not return or recommend!
Worst location I've been too across the country. Asked for light ice and only got 2 drinks cause the entire cup was full of ice. And i got large fries and a a gluten free bun(very dry) and they only gave me 1 sauce when I asked for more. I am a truck driver and had to pull over to grab my food real quick and go to move my truck so yes some could have walked back to get it fixed but I couldn't. The order should be right the first time
Known for its consistently fantastic offerings, this spot keeps visitors coming back for more with a delicious vibe and unique culinary experience.

Great food! Took my dad here to experience Cuban food and it was so good we came back for lunch a couple of days later. Fantastic both times so the consistency was there. They had gluten free options as well.
A standout for its knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to ensure a careful and safe dining experience.

We went to JMS to try the gluten-free option sub. I was so impressed by how the food preparer took my order and told me how she would prepare my order safely so my food would not be cross-contaminated with gluten containing food. Most restaurant staff have no idea about cross-contamination of gluten on other foods. She was very kind and compassionate. Thank JM for training your staff to be knowledgeable on how to protect those of us who have to be careful what we eat.
Great variety and service! Especially loving the Mexican menu. All the kids can find things they like. I just wish they had vegan milk and gluten free bread/pancake options.
Such good sushi! They have a large menu with specialty rolls and the basic ones. They also have non sushi options. They have really good combos and have gluten free options ๐ good service!
Very yummy! It accommodated vegan, gluten free, and came in large portions.
If you are a big eater or want to share, it is very affordable to get extra on the side. I got twice as many noodles for $3!
This restaurant is adorable in atmosphere and Great in location right on the Boulevard and excellent food! They have gluten free options for pasta which made my dining experience much better. Food was Very good. Service good too.
Enjoy a fantastic brunch with amazing flavors in generous portions, plus attentive service despite occasional staffing shortages.

I only wish this company acknowledged gluten issues and provided some sort of bread gluten free. Pancakes, English muffin, or a slice of bread would be nice. But they do trade out for hash browns if you need which is nice. My go to, California eggs Benedict over hash browns. (Hash browns, then meat, then egg, topped with hollandaise). The amount is good for the price and the flavor is amazing! We like to come once a month or 2. Great servers, but they seem to always be under staffed. Big high five to the busser, he steps up and helps out and is super sweet!
Large portions and tasty options, but watch out for poor service and some intense smoke that might make your eyes water.

Food was good and itโs a large portion for the price! They do have gluten free pizza options! The service was really bad! We were the only people in there and they kept messing up our orders!
It also seem that they had burnt something or oil was smoking but it was SO bad my eyes were watering and our fiends also said they were struggling with the smoke.
Love this place โค๏ธ clean store helpful employees... good job restocking even on weekends ๐
Only issue I have is with the company as a whole. There isn't much of an emphasis on actually labeling products allergen or especially in my case gluten free, like yogurt for example. I'd imagine many of the yogurts are gluten free but why not spend a few bucks on ensuring people like me with Celiac or people with allergies are safe. A lot of things are like Russian roulette in that way ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
