I am Gluten Free and they made sure my sandwiches was safe. They changed gloves, had extra wrapping around my sandwich and took care of me. The manager on duty was fantastic! Will eat there again. Giovan Domenech (manager) noticed there was a line at the To Go side of the restaurant and came over and began taking orders. When I told him I had a Gluten Free order, he made me aware that the home fries suffered from cross contamination, so I did not order them.
It was a breeze placing my order with Giovan. And then I saw him.at the counter looking back into the kitchen to make sure another person's order (with a specific request) was prepared correctly. Giovan also came back to the register once to let me know my order wasn't forgotten. I saw him overseeing the preparation and packaging of my order. He gave it to me and pointed out the condiment and utensil station so I wouldn't miss it as I left.
I will definitely go back to Chef Art's at Orlando's International Airport!!!
