Food was good. Generous burger and gluten free buns! Really the only thing that was less than perfect was that some of the salad greens had black/wilted spots like they were getting old in the container and whoever made my salad did not notice so I had to pull a few leaves out that were inedible. I’d eat here again for sure. Server was great.
Enjoy a welcoming vibe with thoughtful menu choices featuring local ingredients, perfect for any meal and fun drinks!

We waited over 45-50 minutes for a hard boiled egg on toast with a salad. The restaurant claimed they "lost" our ticket and asked to give us gelato for the mistake. We asked for a refund instead and they gave us cookies. I am gluten free so can't eat the cookies. It still took 15 minutes after they realized they had lost our ticket, and they did not refund us. I also was excited about the gluten free options. The gluten free toast was dry by the time we got it. I won't eat here again when I come back through. Worst customer service ever.
And after reading the awful response- I would not recommend going here. We were not hateful at all to anyone. We walked in around 12pm not 1pm, but for someone to be "waiting" for a bad review says something in itself. I was not rude to any staff members at all, and it is really surprising to me that this restaurant would "be sharing this with our crew as a teaching moment of how to not let customers treat them." This should be a teaching moment of how NOT to make customers wait for over 45 minutes for their food or lose tickets. Maybe check the ticket line up? Maybe work on your customer service of how you are going to handle these situations before someone comes in? But, instead you are extremely rude to the customer, scapegoating them for your bad service. Disgraceful.
This was my first time at any chilies and it left me with a great first impression. The thing I loved most about this establishment was that they had an allergy menu so if you have allergies such as peanuts, tree nuts, gluten, ect as I do then just ask and they will show you a special menu that shows exactly what's in it and what you can or cant have according to your allergy. Very helpful and the waiters are very attentive which is always helpful and they just give off a good vibe.
It was very good food and our service was good this time. It had been a while since we went back. Because our service was not so good in the past. I was also able to find food that was gluten free.
