The customer service was excellent. They really believe in their food and were happy to share options and how much care they took in creating it. The owner and manager reached out to apologize and asked us to try again; we returned Monday, April 21st to a truly excellent dining experience. When it arrived I asked again if it was gluten free and they said yes. But as I was eating, they told me it was not gluten free. By that point I had already eaten it.
