Vertex is the best coffee shop in Ann Arbor. Great atmosphere (so many plants!) friendly knowledgeable staff, all gluten free snacks and lots of vegan options my personal favorite is the brownie! the coffee is delicious and roasted by the owner and they have signature latte flavors for each season which are all so yummy you can get a coffee flight to try multiple. the shop uses sustainable practices like compostables and reusables. I love that its locally owned and so welcoming to community! you can make your drink sparkly with pride and donate money to lgbtq charity. I really won't drink coffee from anywhere else in Ann Arbor or ypsi.

This is actually a good gluten-free option as long as you If you get the bowl.
This is my favorite location. I’ve always had a great customer service there. We get food quick. Dine in is good, If that’s what you’re looking for. It’s also always been easy for us to order to go and get out of the door. Just as quick as you can get through a drive-through.
So Ashley's was waaay ahead of the game when it comes to high quality beer, and they are frankly the best I've ever seen. There is always something new to try here and this is the only place I've ever seen with the Duchesse de Bourgogne on tap. That alone means every time I'm in Ann Arbor, I'm stopping here.
Also, the beer is amazing, but don't let us forget that the food is great with plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options and the scotch selection is also unparalleled.

This place has the best sandwiches in Ann Arbor. Do not waste your time in the lines at Zingermans. They also have the very best gluten free bread. Owner Hamsa is a gem and actually sold me a loaf of the gf bread. The best. Truly.

We were recommended this restaurant by an acquaintance. Good service, clean and fairly busy on a Fri night. I split the avocado & asparagus salad with my wife. I was turned off by so much on their menu contained a fish broth whether their miso soup (which I really wanted) or their noodle dishes (you can choose which noodles you want for each dish.)
Our waitress was very helpful in accommodating me for my gluten-free diet - what not to order and giving me gluten-free soy sauce for the rolls I ordered.
My kids ordered chicken teriyaki and miso soup was included. I tried my daughter's soup and it was terrific. I wish I had ordered it!
One (absurd) way I evaluate a Japanese restaurant's sushi is the strength of their Wasabi. I was not disappointed! It took my sinuses awhile to recover.
I have been to this Chipotle's several times and each time I have been impressed. The food is excellent. I cannot eat gluten and the staff is very accommodating and careful in the preparation of the food to avoid a gluten exposure. It makes me feel very confident that I can safely eat there. I highly recommend it.

These are some of the best tasting 😋 cookies around. Freshly baked, soft and warm out of the oven. I've got the special buy twelve get twelve free. The chocolate chunk, m&m, double chocolate and snicker doodle are my favorites. They have a great variety as well as vegen and gluten free. They are opened late until 1am Sunday thru Wednesday and 3am Thursday thru Saturday.
