We tried Favazza’s around 1:30 p.m., so it wasn’t busy at all. Overall, it was just okay—an expensive, average experience. We started with the toasted ravioli, which was actually pretty good, nice, and crispy with a flavorful filling. For entrées, we had the manicotti, the pasta con broccoli with pink sauce, and the gluten-free shrimp with pasta, plus a dinner salad. Everything tasted fine, but nothing really stood out as exceptional, especially for the price.
We sat on the patio, which was unfortunately extremely loud—even with few people around, the noise echoed and made conversation difficult. Service was a real disappointment. Our waitress was not attentive and kept disappearing for long stretches, leaving us waiting for refills and check-ins.
In the end, it felt like we paid more than the quality and experience justified.
Known for its amazing flavors and accommodating allergen menu, this spot offers a bustling vibe with generous portions that delight everyone.

I absolutely love this place. We went here for my birthday because it has a lot of gluten-free options due to me having celiac. It was amazing and didnt disappoint

CELIACS BEWARE!
This is a warning for anyone who truly needs a gluten free option. My wife ordered GF pasta after thoroughly discussing her GF needs to the waitress. They brought my wife her food, and when she was about half way done...someone from the kitchen comes to the table and tells her to stop eating.
She had almost eaten her fill, of gluten. My wife doesn't have Celiacs, but she is very intolerant of gluten. It puts her in bed for 3 days and causes a depression for at least a week. I know there is no one person to blame, but "they" hurt her. It's hard, and scary, enough to dine out with GF allergies. It doesn't happen much for us, we carefully choose where and what we eat. This was more than a let down for us. With that being said, I've loved the food for decades. I won't eat there again, because they hurt my wife.
Authentic Italian vibes shine through with large portions and a fantastic wine selection, perfect for a cozy night out.

I have only had positive experiences here, the manager is aware of Celiac and cooks all the gluten free pasta in fresh water and clean pots. I have only ordered pasta (with my favorite being the Penne Ala Vodka) and have never been sick. I always tell my waiter I have a gluten allergy and for them to tell the chef!
Offering a vibrant atmosphere and an impressive variety of sushi, it's a lively spot worth a return visit despite the noise level.

Sado is an exceptional dining experience! The menu is thoughtful, and there are many options ranging from raw items to fully cooked courses. There are also many vegetarian and vegan options, and the kitchen was very accommodating with my gluten allergy. The nigiri and sashimi are the true stars here, with many options such as bluefin tuna, freshwater eel, king crab, hamachi, mackerel, salmon, and more. The wagyu beef options are also incredible and delicious. The cocktail menu is wonderful, with many unique twists on classic drinks, as well as delicious mocktails for those who abstain from alcohol. While pricey, Sado is worth every penny as it delivers not only delicious food and drink, but a wonderful ambience and outstanding service from the welcoming and professional staff. This is our special occasion spot, and we look forward to many wonderful meals to come!

This used to be my favorite place on the Hill, but I may not be going back. Had a birthday reservation and it took over 30 minutes for the table we reserved to be ready, causing our large group to wait stuffed together by the bar. When we checked on the table after 30 minutes and asked how long it would be, the front of house staff was very rude and said she had no estimate and told us we should just go wait in our cars. The food was excellent, but one person in our group ordered gluten free pasta due to intolerances and when the waiter brought out our food, he couldn’t remember which of the red pennes was the gluten free one. We had to ask him to go back to the kitchen to confirm after he tried to switch and say he was “positive” that the GF was one of the dishes. Because of the lateness of our table reservation we only had an hour to eat until close. The waitress gave us our checks before close, but we then had to wait 15 minutes for her to come back and take our credit cards because she and the other waiters were too busy flipping all the tables so they could go home rather than attend to us.
Expect a vibrant atmosphere with incredible flavors and outstanding service, perfect for a memorable dining experience!

We actually dropped in to just see the menu as we had a bit of dinner just before that. About 2 years we came here with some others and the meal I had was wonderful! I ordered the vegetarian meal. It was unique and delicious!
I cannot remember what the others had, but all thought it was really good.
So, upon seeing their menu, we ended up sharing their small salads just to get an idea of these. Again, we loved the salads, dressings and all the fixings.
Also the staff was great and worked with my wife who has to be gluten free.
All I know is, we will be back with our friends. The place is an old gas station and is rather cute and not your standard walk in restaurant.
We also loved eating outside and watched the local neighborhood folks walking and enjoying the area of The Hill.
You will love their food!
Quirky vibes and amazing flavors make this spot a must-visit, with even a personal call from the owner to ensure a great experience!

Despite having a bunch of issues with ordering and pickup, it was worth it! The food and the customer service were both fantastic, and we went back a few days later!
We had a vegan friend in town, and have been meaning to try Bougie Bites forever, so we finally did!
I think we ordered right after they opened, and it happened to be an off night. My husband stood around waiting for our food for almost half an hour (while I sat in the car with a screaming toddler), and we tried calling and texting several different numbers we found listed, before someone finally came up and got us our food.
We finally got home, and the food was amazing! Egg rolls were delicious, and so were the burgers! Toddler wasn't crazy about the chicken tenders, but our vegan friend ended up finishing them off for her!
While we were eating, we were very surprised when my husband got a phone call from the owner (I think?), who saw our text and wanted to make sure we got our food. He explained what happened (and said we were still very happy with the food) and they apologized.
And then in another surprise, we got a notification later that night that the charges on our card had been refunded!
I didn't end up eating my Ouuwee burger until the next day, but it was still fantastic! And my toddler was still asking for more of the fries weeks later!
Our friend went back a few days later, and didn't run into any issues, so I think we just happened to catch them on an off day (we all have them!).
The only thing we weren't crazy about was the fries. They weren't bad, just not what we were expecting -- crunchy, but also a little doughy/starchy and vaguely sweet, rather than being salty. My husband wasn't a big fan, I thought they were okay, and the toddler loved them!
(Oh, and the burgers were so good, my husband who's supposed to limit gluten totally forgot that he shouldn't have eaten the bun until he was finished!)
We're a family of omnivores, but like to go vegan when we find tasty options, and we'll definitely be back! (Also GF bun options would be an AMAZING addition to the menu, and would put this at the top of our go-to list!)
A gem with superb gelato, featuring unique pumpkin and red velvet flavors that leave everyone raving about their experience!

I wish I weren't gluten and dairy free, and if I wasn't, I'd wish they were open more. Their sandwiches are phenomenal! When I want to cheat on my diet, I skip the fancy Italian restaurants on the Hill and go here. 😋
